Helena’s P.O.V.

“Go to hell!”

Obviously, I couldn’t say it out loud as sharp stabbing pain cut through my heart, making me screech uncontrollably. My body burnt like I accidentally fell into the ninth circle of hell, like a volcano rumbled, pouring its molten lava on me.

“No!”

King Trevor’s horrified scream pierced through my ears, shattering my ear drums with its high pitch. He lunged at me like a hungry predator and slammed me on the wall, his sharp nails clutched my neck as he stuttered painfully.

“I-I d-don’t accept your rejection, Princess Helena.”

He was breathing heavily, gasping for air, his words putting out fire enveloping my body. The waves of bizarre pain dissolving my bones in invisible acid stopped at once, but my legs seemed to lose all the bones they possessed.
