Marcus sent his man to look up for Isabey pack. He has to make sure that she is saying the truth. If she is lying about her identity then she would be in big trouble. Jason came back with the news. He told Marcus that the pack once there was destroyed by rogues. The territory now belongs to rogues but there is not any activity of them from a long time… The rogues flew away from the pack lands. It means she is not lying.

It had been so painful for Isabey. The suffering she had gone through in her past. Marcus realised that she didn't deserve this all... Not because she is his mate. But no one deserves torture. He also asked Reuben about his past. Reuben told the same story to Marcus. So, all his doubts vanished away.
