Chapter Thirty-One- Chase

“I think I am going into labor.” My mate says and I freeze at those words.

“Oh, my gosh. Ammie. Are you sure?” Mandy asked taking Ammie’s hand.

Just then Ammie’s eyes went big. “My water just broke.” I look down and sure enough, there was a puddle right under her seat.

“What do we do?” I asked as panic began to set in.

“We need to get her to the pack hospital,” Mandy said getting up from her chair to help Ammie.

I finally unfroze and went into action and stood up taking my mate into my arms and carrying her out to the car. Mandy and Steven followed right behind us.

“We will meet you there, Chase,” Steven said as I lock the seat belt around Ammie and shut her door.

I nod and said, “Ok.” As I climbed into the driver's seat of my car.

Halfway to the hospital, I get a mind link from Kyle. “Chase we are under attack. Rogues are everywhere.”

Great, why now of all times. I thought to myself. I mind linked Dr, Bailey. “Bailey, The Luna is in labor. I need you to meet us in the safe room now.
