Early in the morning when Mr. Rusco went to my room to inform me that Alpha Dexion summoned me once again in his office, if I'm thinking right, lady Charlotte already talk to him.

I haven't eaten yet I feel like I'm going to puke as I walk toward the west side of the mansion, why he have to ask me to meet him again when he already decided.

When I finally got in front of his office, I stood for at least twenty minutes before it open on its own.

"How long are you gonna keep standing outside?" He squinted his eyes while his eyebrows shot up.

"I...uhmm. G-good m-morning, Alpha D-Dexion." I pursed my lips hiding how it trembled, I almost forgot how to breathe normally.

"Tch, come inside." He sneered and turn his back at me and went inside again, he's still cold but something sure different today. Somehow, he's more gentle...

As I got inside, I keep myself beside the door. Whatever's happened, it's better if I can run outside immediately—

"I won't do anything to you, so sit down and hear my condition while you're staying here as Charlotte's nanny." He defeated sighed and look at me seriously.

"Y-you will let me?" I asked in disbelief, still processing what I heard from him.

"I don't." He said without blinking, "But my daughter... She keeps begging me to not send you away, it's the first time she's acting like that." The tone of his voice sound like he's blaming me for something I didn't do.

"M-my pheromones... I c-cant—"

"Someone will teach you to control it, all you need is to learn properly and make sure you wouldn't cause any harm to my daughter at all cause."

I nodded slowly, but I can hear the loud thumping of my heart not because I'm nervous but because he's letting me stay beside Lady Charlotte.

"Yay!" Before I can even say how I'm thankful for his consideration after what happened, Lady Charlotte little voice echoed in the four corner room. She's smiling from ear to ear, like winning a thousand of millions.

"Charlotte." Alpha Dexion called her like he's trying to control her behavior yet Lady Charlotte just giggled and give him a kiss on the cheek.

"Thank you, daddy!" She's beaming from joy, while he's looking at her with so much affection.

"Hah... I did what you want, so please be obedient at least."

But Lady Charlotte didn't say anything and turn her attention to me, "Hi, I'm Charlotte. Would you mind telling me your name?" Even she's young, she's still aware how formality works.

I immediately shook my head and extend my hand in front of her, without hesitation she grabbed it with smile. Though, as I open my lips my body frozen.

I saw Alpha Dexion look at me with his judgemental eyes, "what? Why don't you tell your name?" The coldness of his voice made me feel more terrible.

I don't know my name, I... Have no idea what is it. I look around and saw the coral displayed in the corner...

"M-my name is, C-Cora!" Faint chuckled escape from my lips, as if it's something we should laugh about. But I could taste the mixed saltiness and bitterness inside my mouth, how could I even not know my name is?

I tried my best to dug my brain out if my mother once call me something I can say my name, but there's no memories at all. Not even once...

"Cora! Wow, it's a nice name. Do you know daddy likes to collect coral—"

"Enough, Charlotte. Go outside," he turn his attention to me, "come with Charlotte, ask Rusco to explain your job."

Charlotte grip to my hand and giggled, as if it's really excite her to be with me.

As we walk i the corridor while she swinging our hands together, she keeps talking. "You know what, my first nanny is too strict, she won't let me play. While my last nanny is monster, someone sent her to kill me..."

"K-Kill you?" It taken me aback, how could she said it so casual. It is the reason why she's afraid to sleep alone?

"Yes, that's why daddy keep everyone away from me. Only Mrs. Winston and Mr. Rusco can." She smile widely at me, "and you too!"

The whole day was me memorizing all the things I need to do, while my session to control my pheromones will start every night.

"Lady Charlotte is asleep?" Mr. Rusco who's standing outside of Lady Charlotte asked in whispered, it's already nine in the evening.

I nodded and stood, my session will start tonight.

"Then let's go." We walked toward the east side of the mansion, "there is a room designed to suppress the scent of pheromones to leak outside, it's for safety purposes for not affecting anyone in this house if someone will go into heat. Since you have pheromones imbalance, your session will take place there."

"T-then, w-who will teach me to c-control my pheromones?" I know it will be hard, and I have little confidence in me to immediately learn it.

To have someone teach me something I only learn, it made me anxious.

Mr. Rusco cleared his throat, "get inside so you will know, to your best." He tapped my shoulder and open the metal door.

The chilling atmosphere inside made me shiver, there's no window and the door is already close. As if I'm inside of a box where there's no way out, as I saw the back of the man sitting in single sofa my body stiffed.

The familiar scent started pouring from him, like it starting to crawling around my body. It's not heavy, rather I can tell it's a bit soothing.

"You're here," he stood firmly with confidence and his deep coldly purple eyes look directly in my eyes.

I can feel my face contoured, I could not help

since I'm confused on what's going on.

"W-why... You're here, Alpha Dexion?"
