She's into acting to make ends meet, as someone took interest in her beauty and also realized she's wasting it and might ruin it with all her struggles to make money.

She asked if she would do anything, as long as it brings money, and Emma agreed. She's tired of seeing her family sleep on an empty stomach if she doesn't manage to bring home something.

She was introduced to the entertainment industry, while the lady managed her. She wouldn't let such a golden opportunity pass her by. 

Someone that's ready to do anything would make it in the industry, and Emma is her ticket to getting closer to influential people in the industry.

Her beauty is the key, while controlling her will open the door.

Character: she's easy going and gets scared easily. The type that apologizes if she got a slap, instead of returning the favour.
