Chapter 24: The Fall
ANGELO
It’s another night that I’m left staring at her peacefully sleeping. I always do when she sleeps. I weirdly would want to watch her this way. It’s making me think, at least she is at peace at this moment. I wonder what she is dreaming by now.
Carina is coming back; I can feel her. When she comes here, I will finally find the answer to my questions.
Things are getting complicated as the days passes by. I’m getting comfortable with Jillian. The more she smiles, the weirder I feel. I think I’ve become attached that I cared a lot now.
