He was still pacing round the room when his father came downstairs, he glanced at him and was about to leave when his father called him back.

"I overheard a loud noise here, that's why I came down—did anything happen?" Mr Blake Wilson referred to his son.

Reid shook his head, since Felix already left a few seconds after the corps took Lillian, there was no way he would find out what went on minutes ago.

"Everything is fine. Just take a rest!" He muttered and faced the door.

"It's been a while since we discussed your wife and her company that has been merged with yours…"

He glared at his father and released a loud hiss. If only he knows the feelings he was battling with at the moment—he won't bring up that matter.

"Any problems with my wife? I'm in a haste, dad…" He blurted, his voice a bit deep that one would easily notice his mood, but his dad was less concerned—all he wished was to talk about Anna and her company.

"Uhmm! It's about the contract. Any news about it?"
