Chapter twenty two

The next day hadcome and Alpha Devon and I hadn't woke up early, but we had gotten prepared as fast as we could and gone out to join the rest.

They had used the space behind the pack house and chairs and tables had been set up under canopies that blocked out the sun. There were different games and activities that had been set out in advance. Alpha Devon and I quickly moved to the seats that had been set out for us.

Arthur had taken the stage to address the Alphas and officially welcome them for the gathering. I found it difficult to look straight at him. I also caught him staring at me a few times.

After he was done with his speech, he announced that we could do as many activities as we liked, as the day was just for games.

I was happy about that as I didn't have to sit through any boring seminar, but I knew that would eventually happen as it was already scheduled for the next day.
