Chapter twenty one

Maeve

Going back to the Silver Moon pack had been more messy than I had imagined. I never thought that Maeve would have gone to take my place beside Arthur.

It was funny really, but if she were to be caught, then we would all be in trouble; my parents and the two of us. I really didn't want to be the cause of the messy situation, so I just chose to be quiet.

The day had ended and we were to retire to the rooms that had been provided for us by the pack after spending the whole day mingling and catching up with the other Alphas that we knew.

Alpha Devon had asked for them to let the both of us stay in the same room, so we were provided with two beds and I was okay with it because our relationship was platonic. Also it was better, so that there would be more space for the other people.

We had entered into the room and had both taken short baths. I was seated on my bed, getting ready to go to sleep.
