Chapter twenty five

Arthur

It was already nightfall and everyone had gone into their rooms for the night after having dinner. Hazel was lying by my side, facing the wall sound asleep.

I really didn't like sharing a room with her, so we had our seperate rooms, but she had to move into my room because of the gathering to make space for other people.

I turned away from her and sighed as I stared up at the ceiling. One of my arms was under my head and the other was in my stomach as I thought about what had happened during the day.

The incident in the kitchen wasn't what I had expected. It was like I was being drawn to her and had and other brain function shut down because I couldn't think of any other thing apart from getting close to her.

The confusing part of it all was that she didn't pull away from me. I was almost sure that I had heard a moan from her, but I didn't want to jump into conclusions. But the fact still remained that she didn't push me away.

I groaned and raised up my hand
