Chapter 39Aurora’s POVI wiped the table with a clean towel and glanced at the clock on the wall. My shift at the restaurant was almost over. The place was quieter than usual, and I liked it that way. No fake Alina to my side, gishing me wide smiles and offering to help me.It had been weeks since our fight. I tried not to think about it anymore. I pushed the memory far back in my mind.I didn’t go back to the small room in the restaurant. I couldn’t. It reminded me too much of that night.
