Alessio:
Both Sienna and I walked inside the hospital, my heart racing against my ribcage with each step we took as I worried about my wife and her best friend.
Grace was a strong woman, and no one could deny that. Therefore, for her to be shot like that, for her to be hurting…
“Christian” Sienna said catching sight of her lover. The man’s head snapped toward her voice, his eyes lighting up at seeing his woman here and alive. I lead her toward him, helping her walk despite her broken ribs and injuries. I tensed staring at the man, nevertheless, taking his hand and shaking it. The man was here for my wife when I wasn’t around, I couldn’t deny being grateful for that.
“Kiara is in with Grace” he said motioning for the room behind him. I nodded and walked inside, my eyes softening when I saw my wife rubbing a wet piece of cloth over her forehead. Grace’s eyes were closed as she lay asleep, the sound of the heart monitor beeped in the silent room.
