16: Keep an eye

Their eyes were digging deep in my soul while we were walking past the gate of our university. The thing I did that day was still a mystery for me.

My chest felt so tightened when my schoolmates pushed me towards the spotlight I never wished. They put me on an unfamiliar stage, even our eyes never met, their stares were enough to make me sweat cold. Gosh, why are their eyes so heavy?

"Luna? You're shaking, are you okay?" Worry is visible in Vico's voice. He held my hand and squeezed it to help me to calm down.

"Their stares were so heavy." He barely heard my voice.

"I'm here."

Until we entered our room, those stares never left me alone. Instead of torturing myself by thinking about what I'd done that day, I buried my face in my bag. That thing has been happening for almost a week now, and we just came back from hospital.

I don't understand why they are still staring at me like that. Did I do something wrong aside from what I did a week ago?
