CHAPTER 9

Ria got back from work late at night. She had a very long day and just needed a very long warm bath to calm her nerves.

Peeling off her clothes, she made her way to the bathroom. She turned on the shower and sighed in relief as the warm water hit her soaking her skin in relief.

She stayed under the shower for a while and when she felt her nerves had calmed, she dried her skin and tied the hotel's bathrobe.

The doorbell rang and since she ordered food for dinner, Ria went straight to open the door.

"Lady Lizbeth?" What the heck!" Ria exclaimed. What is the woman doing in her hotel room at this time of the night" Ria thought.

"Don't be surprised. I've been calling for for the past one hour. Where the hell did you keep your phone or were you intentionally avoiding my calls?" Lady Lizbeth nagged as she shoved Ria aside stepping into the room.

"I was in the shower ma'am. I didn't hear the phone ring" Ria explained.
