Blaze Astaroth
He yawns as he awaits Orpheus to speak up."Who are you? You impostor!!!" Orpheus snarled as he stormed inside Dawn's room in so much anger. His eyes were burning with flame and his demon was purely visible, making his aura completely dark."Welcome back sir!!" The male figure stood up from where he was seated as he turned back to look the shock that would overwhelm Orpheus' face."Blaze??" Orpheus gasped out in shock as he locked gaze with Blaze who had this blunt expression on his face."Yes sir!!" He mumbled."Who are you??" His voice died down as his eyes grew more red in anger and confusion. "How long have you known who I am and who sent you to me??" He queried as he held the lamp holder more firm this time around.****Blaze Ciaran Astaroth, the last descendant of the Astaroth's lineage. He was a transcendent vampire and an orphan. He was 35 years and was schooled under Lawst Bathory, the uncle of Orpheus. His family had died while defending the coven from external forces. He was called Ciaran because he was loved by magic.****"Show your true self I urge you!!" Orpheus growled as he held firmly the lamp holder. He flicks his fingers which were now long and a little bit brownish in colour. "You've grown so weak ever since you dwelled here in the human world." Blaze scoffed as he walked closer to Orpheus who was still fuming with so much rage.Blaze had transformed to his original demonic form as he wore this broad smile. He had raised his head up to catch a glance of Orpheus who was in utter dismay."Ciaran!!" Orpheus gasped as he let go the lamp holder."Yes!! Ciaran." He chuckled lightly. "Your father couldn't send you just alone. So he sent me to watch over Dawn in case you get carried away by your mission." He mumbled as he transformed back to his human form. They both grew up together in the Lethal bloodsuckers coven before Blaze was sent to regional secret house here in Los Angeles to support Mr. Red.There friendship grew the more when he had fallen in love with Darcia, Blaze's sister. She had died during one of the attacks by the hunters. He grew more cold after losing the love of his life."How long did you plan hiding this from me Ciaran??" He gasped. "Did you even know my mission here on earth has been really frustrating." He cursed as he walked passed him to Dawn's bed.He sat down next to her as he rubbed her hair, arranging it neatly. "She definitely must be going through a lot over there." He brought out his handkerchief as he cleaned the sweat that had formed bulb like shape."Yeah, for the first time ever she saw you fought with those pathetic werewolves." He mumbled."They were using black magic." He muttered. "Father will be coming over tomorrow to check up on his little princess." He snapped as he pecked her forehead before standing up."Above everything, you must not tell him you know who I am." Blaze pleaded as he wore a broad smile."As you wish." He chuckled. "First thing first, let's go merry that finally fate reunites us together after years of separation." He mumbled as he walked passed Blaze, winking an eye."Yeah, some chilled vodka would do for the reunion." Blaze chuckled as he locked Orpheus in his arms as they both exited Dawn's room.*****Dawn Bathory.{Yawns}"Wakie wakie, I'm set to go!!" She jumped on Orpheus from behind."Yesterday was really frustrating. By the way some matters came up in the coven which required father's attention." He snapped."So which means I'm free today??" She asked."Yeah you are!" Orpheus snorted. He was completely tired as his eyes were still red. He had drank to stupor yesterday."Hurray!!" She jumped up as she let go of Orpheus. "So.." She smiled broadly as she walked across to look at his face."Not today Dawn!" He yelped. She pouted her lips as she kept those baby eyes of hers. "But you have to make it up to me for yesterday.""Are you insane Dawn??" He scoffed."But I just want to go out to check out a Spanish bar, my girls said it's filled with life there." She pleaded."Yesterday was a tough one for us. We almost got killed. You ain't meant to live the house again!" He snapped as he turns his face away."Come on brother!" She whimpered as she sat down on his bed. "Does that mean that I'm grounded? I hate here." She cursed."I've discussed with the school authority, they'll be getting you tutors who would tutor you. There's a lot of money to get their ass paid." He shrugged. "Father wants you to be safe. So no more outing till everything gets settled here. I'm also at risk now since I've been tailed down." He snapped as he covered his face with a blanket."But…"He had interrupted her. "Go Dawn. Big brother wants to rest before he starts his daily boring mission." He scowled."Yen yen yen…" she said mockingly. "I'm not going anywhere until you say yes to me. Or I'll call dad and say I want to return back to him." She snapped as she dragged away the blanket from his face pointing her tongue out."Dawn! I said you are not going anywhere and that's…""Knock, knock" An irregular cold voice mumbled"And why won't baby Dawn be going out today out of all days??" Blaze mumbled as he walked in with a bucket of ice cream. "Fvck!!" He groaned. "Not you trying to take sides with Dawn." He shrugged as he stood up from his sofa chair as he stretched his body, cracking his bones. "Actually I think Dawn is right!" He whispered to Orpheus as he walked passed him to where Dawn was now seated. "Guess what??" He asked Dawn, wearing a broad smile. She fold her arms together as she stared at him. "I'm not good at making guesses. Tell brother I really want to go out." "Yeah he will let you go out and he will also go along with you to protect his little charming princess, kuchi-kuchi!!" He teased her. "He told me to get you this bucket of ice cream as a way of apologizing for what happened yesterday." He smiled broadly as he rubbed her hair. "Hmmph… brother isn't that caring." She scoffed as she smiled before taking the bucket of ice cream. Orpheus had come out from his bathroom as water roll
She parted her moist lips apart letting a deep breath escape through her mouth. He stared at her beautiful dove eyes for a while, he looked through her brown-rimmed eyeglasses. She had a beautiful sparkling blue eyes like that of an ocean. Looking at her made him feel like he had come across her some time ago. But he couldn't place a guess, it couldn't be the same girl he had seen at the bar, "she had black eyes not blue." He mumbled under his breath. "Yeah, sure I'm fine!!" She snapped again bringing him out of his thoughts. "I'm sorry." She mumbled. "Oii..uhmmm your bag." He muttered as he stretched his hand to give her, her bag which was about dropping down. "Are you sure about that??" He asked as he scanned through her thoroughly like he was searching for a scratch. "Actually it's my fault, I wasn't just concentrating… I'm sorry." He apologized, taking the blame. She stepped backwards from him as she adjusted her eyeglasses and then her gown which had gone up a little, exposin
Orpheus Bathory. "Bing!" "Bing!" "Bing!" The alarm clock kept on blaring really hard, hitting against my head so badly. I groaned as I kept on turning recklessly on my bed. I had taken a whole lot of vodka and few shots of sangria with the nerdy lady. I wasn't expecting her to be at the Garbina bar yesterday. "You??" I was left dumbstruck as I saw the girl from the Trenton's bar I had saved few days back. I couldn't remember her underneath her eyeglasses, her bulb hair and the nerdy cloth she wore. The moment I saw her two friends I remembered who she was and where we had seen. "Uhmm.." i chuckled softly as they all looked at me as I called out to her. "Uhmm!!" I scratched my hair a bit trying to remember her name so fast. "We met at the bar. Luci.." "Lucinda!" She completed it as she smiled lightly. She looked pretty in her nerdy look. I felt aderaline rush over me. "Oh yeah!" I mumbled. "You look really beautiful tonight beneath those glasses of yours." I heaved a deep
Orpheus Bathory. "Salute! Salute!" "Salute! Salute!" An ascendant mumbled as they all stood up as Vladimir walked in. I was seated at the lesser throne as the son of the king. He had lifted up his hands and as he brought it down we all sat down. Elders and high ranked ascendants had assembled as they all took their respective seats in rank. "What do we have for today??" Vladimir muttered. His face was blank and his eyes were like a burning inferno. "The Red Devil's Dynasty Coven wants an alliance with us." One of the ascendants spoke up as he stood up. "An ally??" Lawst snorted, bellowing in anger. "That's an insult to the Lethal bloodsuckers. They do not deserve an ally with us after all troubles caused by them in times past." Jezebel cursed. She was the high ranked witch in our coven. She had watched me grow after my mother died. She embraced me like her own because I was naturally loved by dark magic. Every coven had a witch who intervened for them. They were hybri
Lucinda Orlok. "Come on Lucinda, wait for me!!" She snapped as she hurriedly rushed out from the bathroom with a wet body. "Why are you always in a haste lately?? For me, the bar is completely tiring these days. Customers just keep increasing." She cursed under her breath. I stayed mute like I wasn't hearing her. I kept on arranging my purse, making sure I don't leave anything behind. "Durrh!!" She snapped as she cleaned her body dried before applying her pomade. Her fair was a glittering fair which made her skin glitter so well. Ever since madamé Elisabeta took me in the secret house, Rebekah has been a very good friend. I remember when I was first admitted in the secret house, I was the only vampire-werewolf hybrid and I had my wolf and my vampire to contend with as they were always conflicting. Adriana was a bully. Her vampiric strength was really mind blowing and she would bully the newly admitted vampires. She had her special clique she always moved with and for some reas
Orpheus Bathory. I drove into my residential building with a new oxblood Rolls Royce Boat Tail. I had just returned from the coven. By magic, portals could be created to lead us to the covens directly. "O.M.G!!!" Blaze gasped out excitedly as he saw me drive into the mansion. The compound was big enough to house up to 100 humans. It was a special mansion meant for the king and high ranked elders of the coven but father had given it to me since I was on a very special mission and would ascend the throne soon as the new vampire king. "Brother!!" Dawn screamed out as she rushed down to where I parked the car. She wasn't interested in me after all as she kept on walking round the car over and over again. "Wow!! Just wow." He sneared. "Don't tell me this is your new machine??" He scowled as he scanned the car. He kicked the tyre twice to confirm how awesome it was. I stepped down from the car with a long face. Lawst wouldn't easily give up on the throne. I had double-crossed him t
Lucinda Orlok.I was already done with brewing madamé Elisabeta's coffee already so I just had to leave it for Rebekah to go serve her. The bar wasn't really occupied so I had seen him immediately I walked into the bar. He was seated a bit far from the canter today, he was close to the glass window as he crossed his left leg on his right leg as he kept scanning outside. He was on a black suit as usual but this time he was wearing a black shirt inside which wasn't properly buttoned completely which exposed his full tattooed neck and the gold chain he was wearing. The gold chain glittered from the distance. I remembered the dress code of his bodyguards."Oh my.!" Rebekah poked the side of my stomach from behind. I vibrated a bit. "Gosh!!" I sighed. "Can you stop poking me like that always?? You keep scaring me." I scowled as I turned back to look at Orpheus."Isn't that his bodyguard from the Garbina bar days back??" She tapped my shoulder as she pointed at the oxblood Rolls Royce Bo
Lucinda Orlok."You have been chosen to lead this mission Lucinda Orlok." Madamé Elisabeta snapped as she arranged her glasses on. I don't know what was so important with those glasses of hers but she pampered it so much like it was her life. "But madamé…" I tried opting out.She had interrupted me immediately, "It's from the coven. You're among the best, the third best we have. We cannot send Rebekah Maj or Stefan Malfoy on this mission because they have to protect the secret house at all costs.""Why me when we have Alaric who could also lead the mission??" I shrugged. "You already chose your fate. The success of this mission would determine if the secret house would be permitted to sponsor your life outside the secret house." She muttered as she stood up from her wooden chair which had drawings of vultures in a gravesite. "And if I get captured??" I asked to clear all doubts."Lucinda Orlok??" She sighed. "We owe your late father, Lazarus a lot. You're my responsibility. I'll a
