Chapter 15

I don't know what kind of situation this should be called that I was stuck in, unwillingly. The fact that my mother was just wandering around my surprisingly handsome husband and catching up with their old times, I boringly watched them while drinking plain transparent water.

They were too immersed in their talk that for a second, I doubted that maybe Noah is old but he is a wizard and he's hiding his real age appearance. 

Nope, only I can think of such an absurd thing.

My eyes were stilled on them, putting the glass on the tray while not watching my moves of what it was about to invite me into the next disaster. As predictable, I dropped the glass on the hard floor and the shattering of the glass echoed around the room, sound waves hitting against the walls and reaching to my mother's ear who was possibly going to get me punished.

"Crap," I muttered, staring at the glass shards that scattered remotely beyond. "My hand slipped." That's the best excus
