"I am telling you, being in a relationship is better than just playing girls." Derek said.

It was the same argument with him everytime. And right now it started because I was checking out the new girl that started at my gym. I made him a bet that I would have her in my bed before the week ends.

"Nope. Why should I stick to just one girl when I have plenty of girls that want me? In a way I am only being fair." I said.

"How is what your doing fair?" He asked with confusion.

"If I stay with just one girl, I am depriving other girls of me so I have to be fair by being with all of them."

Derek just looked at me and rolled his eyes. "You're a sick man."

"Hey, I'm a sick sexy man. You always forget the sexy."

"I don't forget it." He said with a smirk.

I smacked him on the arm and turned my attention back to the lady who I saw yesterday who was now running on the thread mill.

She caught me staring at her and gave a little smile. Then I knew I had her. Girls always smile at me when they want me.

I smirked back at her but instead of approaching me, she just looked away. She was literally the first girl to not get attracted to my smirk. Maybe she was one of those girls who played 'hard-to-get'

"Stop staring at her dude. You are freaking her out." Derek said.

I just rolled my eyes. "I'll go talk to her right now. I am sure I'll get a date."

"Okay then." He answered sarcastically.

"Just wait and see." I said and walked up to her with plenty confidence.

"Hi. I am Tony Caraballo. Owner of the gym. But you can call me Ballo." I said smoothly, a grin on my face.

"I am Camilla Rúiz." She replied with a small smile. She had a really thick latina accent.

"Nice to meet you, Camilla. So I was wondering if I can get your number and call you sometime."

She dropped the dumbbells she was using and moved closer to me.

"Oh, honey. It's gonna take a whole lot more than that for you to get my number." She said. The statement hit me like a huge blow. I have never, never been rejected before!

"Playing hard to get, huh?" I said with a smirk on my face.

"No, I am not just an easy woman. Like the ones who are staring at you right now." She said pointing to women who were in fact staring at me. I smirked cooly at them and turned back to face her.

"Well at least let me take you to—" she held up her hand to silence me.

"If you don't mind, I'd like to get back to my work out."

I walked away with my pride all battered and bruised. I have never in my life been rejected by any girl in my entire.

When I got to where Derek was standing, he was laughing his head off!

"For the first time ever, little Ballo's charm didn't work." He said and kept laughing whilst I was getting fucking pissed.

"You have problems man. Besides, she didn't reject me. She's just playing hard to get. She'll come around, they always do."

"Dude, she gave you the 'don't talk to me hand'."

"The what?"

"Welcome to the world of rejection. You'll get use to it." He said still laughing.

I pushed him hard and walked past him to my office. I was really pissed and I needed a bottle of Jack Daniels to calm me down.

How the fuck do I, Tony Caraballo get rejected like it just doesn't happen.

I looked out the window and saw her walking away to her car. She was most definitely going to pay for this.

I will make her fall in love with me, get her in my bed and break her heart! Nobody, rejects Ballo and gets away with it.

"Dude, chill out. You're hyperventilating again." Derek said.

"I'll mess her up, you'll see." I said through gritted teeth and stormed out.

Derek's POV

As I watched Ballo walk out of the gym, I sighed knowing a storm was coming. Ballo had really bad anger issues and it was worst when his big ego was bruised.

He'd gotten into a lot of trouble because of his temper and he's been to three different court ordered anger management classes. It all started when his parents died, he's just been a very angry boy. And we've both seen a lot of shit in this life but we stuck together.

Which was why I didn't like to see him this way, worst when he said he'd ruin Camilla. I knew he'd do it.  A storm was coming and I knew I would be in the middle of it.

Oh, brother.

TONY'S POVThe alarm rings by 5 am on the dot but I am already awake. I have been awake for the past two hours because I was awakened by a nightmare. The same nightmare that always starts the same way; Everybody would be in the living room of my mansion and we would all be having fun and playing board games and generally having fun. Then all of a sudden, some faceless guys barge into the house and then they kill everybody except me. I start to cry knowing that it was all my fault and then I wake up sweating and gasping for air. This time though, I had succeeded in not waking Camilla up. God knows how much she needed to sleep, she had bags under her eyes, and her bright, big, beautiful eyes are now red. I laid back down and pulled her close to my chest. I inhaled her delicious vanilla strawberry smell and pressed a kis

Nail Tech by Jack Harlow~*~*~TONY'S POVIt's been a week since the whole incident and we are back in California. Andre said that there was really nothing for him in Mexico, so he decided to come back and fight with us. His wound was already healing but he was still getting a lot of rest. The drive back to my house from the airport was filled with silence. It was as though nobody wanted to speak. Coming back to California was like coming back to death because everybody who might possibly want to harm me was either living here or knew that I lived here. When we got to the gate of my house, I used the remote on my phone to open it and we drove in. Everything looked just as I had left it, at least on the outside. When we all went inside, it was a different story all together. Everything in the house was shattered. My Samsung UA11050 Television was wholly shattered. It was evident that the person who did this had every intention of hurting me. "Damn!" Andre blurted out. "How could so

TONY'S POVRed and blue lights flashed all over the place as the medics carried Andre on a gurney and took him into the ambulance. I entered the ambulance with him after I told Derek to go home with Camilla and the other guys.I had to go to the hospital with him because he had no other family besides me even though he tried to kill me, he was still my brother and in all honesty, I held no form of resentment towards him, I actually felt sorry for him.Andre was a boy who had been hurt by the actions of his father and he felt abandoned. He became resentful and bitter and sort to take revenge on people who didn't deserve it.I really felt for my brother and somehow in the middle of this crazy scheme, even though he had tried to kill me and he had forced my girlfriend to kiss him after kidnapping her, I still learned to love him.He and I weren't that much different. We were both scarred by things that

DEREK'S POVWe had spent days building the perfect plan and today was the day we would finally execute the plan. I was really nervous because the plan was shaky at best, we didn't know how tight the security was at the location where they were. Just because the guy was careless enough to call Ballo with his phone number doesn't mean that he's stupid. It was obvious from the way he handled the entire situation that he was very smart and very clever. But we really had nothing to lose from trying."Is everything ready for us to go?" I asked Juan-Miguel who had just finished loading some guns in the van."Yeah, everything is set. Carlos is coming over with the bulletproof vests in a bit."I nodded and headed towards the van.All these preparations reminded me of the time when Ballo and I were kids and we use to play 'soldiers' in a pretend war. We always pretended as though we were shooting the bad guys and we c

  • Bad boy ballo    Chapter Thirty-Eight

TONY'S POVThe days were losing meaning and I was slowly drowning in a dark pit. Ever since the day that Camilla had kissed Adriano, shit hasn't just been the same. I wondered what her reasons could be for committing such an act but I couldn't ask her.It had been four days since the both of them came to the basement. Since then, I had not seen or heard from Andre. My brother, though, was nice enough to send food to me so I wasn't left starving. But my bones were beginning to turn sore and I couldn't feel my legs anymore because it had been a little over a week since I had used them. The injury that I had sustained when Andre had punched me in the face had turned purple and I was afraid that it would soon get an infection. This point in my life has got to be the lowest point in my life since I became an adult. I had always fought so hard not to be that weak, helpless boy that I had been after my parents died.

TONY'S POVThe days went by slowly and slowly. It was as though time had stopped moving at its normal pace and the earth was now tired of going around. My newfound brother did the same thing everything day. He came into the basement I was in and told me the same old thing, then he would tell me about how he would ruin my life, and then he would.I was really starting to think that this whole thing was a farce and this guy was just bored. It was seven-thirty in the evening when Adriano walked into the basement. But this time it was different, he brought in Camilla with him.I sat up straight and looked at her."Baby." I said in a whisper. I wanted to run to her and pull her into my arms and kiss her like crazy but my hands were tied to the stupid chair.Camilla didn't look all that different but she had bags under her eyes and she looked tired. I knew she wasn't sleeping much and it was pr
