I had just gotten into underground fighting and it turns out I was really good at it. I was making up to $4,000 a week.
I was a able to rent a nice house for Derek and I, buy a car and we could now eat regularly.
Derek wondered how I was starting to make so much money but I couldn't tell him just yet. He was now in college and I didn't want him distracted. Derek worried a lot and I didn't want to give him a reason to do so.
I had attended one week of college, decided it wasn't for me and left. Derek on the other hand was very happy to be in college studying architecture.
