Miranda's POV

I was walking along the hallway back from my dad's room when I heard voices from the far end of the hall, I quickly reduced my steps so as not to be heard.

As I got closer I soon discovered it was Miranda and another male voice. I quickly did the invincibility spell and walked closer to where they were just so I hear what they were arguing about.

I discovered it was the same rogue that had my grandmother killed, and almost had me killed.

Seeing Miranda and this rogue together means, that Miranda is somehow connected to my grandma's death, Peter's death, and my near assassination.

“Give me more time,” I heard Miranda plead with the rogue who was not giving her any attention. Edger

“I want it done today, or every of your little secret will be out there, trust me you don't want all these people to know what I know about you,” he said walking away from a confused-looking Miranda.
