Nightmare!

He was staring at me with his intense gaze like he was ready to devour me. Can he stop looking at me with those hawk-like eyes even for a second?

My thoughts went to the decision I made for the first time in my life. I hope I don't regret taking that decision, but why was my heart beating unevenly? I don't know how to explain that in words.

A few footsteps made me look at the person, and it was none other than Luca himself. He stood there across Vincent's bed with his straight face, like how could he keep that emotionless face like he hadn't got shot? Did these two hardly feel any pain? Are they made up of stone?

"Luca, you shouldn't be here. You should rest instead of roaming."

"I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for some emergency."
