“The man threatened to cut off my penis if I didn’t allow him to kill my wife,” The man standing on a stage with a bunch of adults and teenagers listening to him takes a deep breath before continuing his life story. “-but jokes on him, my wife didn’t die that night, she came back to life after she was shot in the head. It was a miracle!” He screams and all the people clap and scream with joy in their hearts. Humans have the tendency of believing the worst shit. How can anyone blabber about how their partner died and came back to life and others actually believe? “What the hell is going on in there?” I turn around and my brown eyes clash with blue ones that squint as they notice me staring. Elsa. “Probably a bunch of weirdos trying to convince each other that their lives are more interesting than others.” I say whilst we walk past the tell all hallroom. I pause and look at her again. “What are you doing here anyway?” I ask knowing she’s meant to be in her chemistry class right now. She places her hands on her slim waist and tilts her heart shaped face sideways causing her blonde hair to sway. I have always been jealous of her pale skin. I unfortunately have tanned skin that makes me look like a Latino. “Where are you heading to?” she asks, completely ignoring my question. “Elsa, you can’t answer a question with a question.” I roll my eyes. “Fine, I got bored and saw you passing our class through the window. I came out to see what you were doing.” She says whilst playing with her hair. “I forgot my school bag at home.” I say knowing she’s about to start judging me as always, but what are friends for? She starts to laugh and I roll my eyes again. “Don’t even ask, I honestly don’t know how I forgot it. I’m going back home to get it.” I continue walking and she catches up to me. “I’m coming with you, no one will even notice I’m gone.” She winks and I smile. My place isn’t that far from our school. My dad insisted on finding a highschool that was near him, he’s so overprotective over me. My mom on the other hand could care less as long as I go to school. We reach there in no time and I knock on the door expecting one of my parents to open the door. It’s very early and I hadn’t even attended my first class when I noticed my school bag was missing. They both don’t leave for work till after I’ve had my second class so I’m sure they’ll both still be inside. “Hey Christina…are you sure they're inside?” Elena asks because I’ve been knocking for a while without saying a word. “I don’t understand.. they are usually up and awake by this time.” I sigh. “Have you even tried turning the door knob?” She asks like I’m the dumbest person on earth. “They always lock the door, trust me, it’s not going to be open.” I know how strict my dad is about locking the house. My hand clearly disagrees with me because I don’t even notice when it grabs the handle and pulls it down till I see the door creak open. “See, there we go. That wasn’t so hard now was it?” She emphasizes her statement by shaking her head and throwing out her hands. Usually I’d be amused by her but right now I have a bad feeling that something is terribly wrong. My parents would never leave the door open and they sure as hell would have opened the door even if they were asleep. I ignore the feeling and decide not to say anything because I don’t want to make Elena panic. I push the door open and the moment I step in I instantly regret it. Everything in the living room is a mess. The tv is upside down on the floor, the couches have shifted from their original spot and they all have scratches on them like some kind of animal was tearing them. The house is a simple duplex but right now I wish it was the size of a hut because it’s be so much easier to locate my parents. I hear a gasp and that’s when I remember that Elsa is still here with me. I look towards her direction and see that she’s staring at the stairs. “What the fuck.” She says and places a hand on her chest. I take a deep breath and look at the staircase, what I see has me paralyzed on the spot. There is blood dripping on every single staircase. I finally hear a noise coming from my dads room and I don’t even know how I get the courage to move but I manage to regain my strength. “Elsa, I need you to call 911 and run back to your house.” I hold her shoulders as I speak with a shaky voice. “No.. no- I can’t just-” “This is not the time Elsa!” I yell. “Get the fuck out and call the cops, tell them to get an ambulance down here now!” She nods and runs away and all the strength I thought I had just a second ago vanishes and I find myself holding the wall as I side step the mess on the floor. I walk all the way upstairs ignoring the blood because I will vomit if I stare at it. Once I reach the top, I follow the trail of blood which leads straight to my dads room. On my way there I find about four dead men on the floor. They're all covered in black clothing and they all have masks on. I gulp. I finally reach my dads room but the door is closed so I use my leg to kick it open softly. The first thing I see is two men in black choking my father. They all can’t see me because they are facing my dad and their bodies are blocking my fathers view. I don’t get to react because I look down and see my mothers limp body oozing out blood. The blood is scattered everywhere around her body. This time I don’t hold it in. I scream so loud I probably break all of my vocals. I look back at my dad and see that they have all noticed me due to my scream. The two men in black look at me instead of focusing on my dad which gives him an opening which he uses to bang their heads together and he does it so hard that I can hear their skulls clash. I expected the two men to fall and bleed out but they seem to be absolutely fine even with the blood coming out of their heads. I thought this would be the most unreal thing I’d see today but nothing could have prepared me for what I was about to see. My dads entire body starts to shake and elongate, it happens so fast that once I finish blinking, I don’t see three men in the room anymore, it’s only two and one huge gigantic Wolf? Dog? I don’t know what the hell that is but the only correct description would be a werewolf. The werewolf who I believe to be my dad jumps on the two men and kills them using his teeth just as they were about to start becoming hairy and elongating again. Those two men weren’t humans either? What the fuck.I never believed in the fantasies and folktales that came from werewolves that have found their mate. They always talk about how much they love them and what not. I’m glad I never believed because as I stare at my so-called mate I feel nothing hatred. I won’t lie…. At first when I saw her— hell, before I even saw her I smelt her and she smelled amazing, seeing her was even more refreshing till I remembered what she is. A good for nothing omega. My hatred immediately raised but it didn’t consume me till she decided to raise her hands on me. “You murdered my father!” She yells whilst glaring daggers at me.I won’t lie, she’s cute when she’s angry and some twisted part of me—which I believe is my wolf—Jonathan, likes it. ‘I can hear your thoughts you know?’ Jonathan says.‘Why can’t you just be a good wolf and shut up.’ I respond back and shove him to the back of my mind.I step closer to my mate and glare right back at her.“Never, and I mean never touch any part of my body without m
I can’t move, I can’t breathe. I try to open my eyes but I immediately close them due to the overbearing light that slices through them. “She’s waking up.” I hear a deep voice say. ‘I'm scared,’ something in the back of my mind says. What the hell is that? I try to ignore it but it speaks again and I strain my eyes trying to understand where it’s coming from. ‘I’m your werewolf, I’m in your mind, I guess you have no knowledge about me at all. Well I’m Patricia.. well Atleast I think of myself to be. But if you want to give me another name, be my guest.’ I sigh inwardly. Why am I surprised? I should have known there was more werewolf shit that dad didn’t tell me about. ‘Okay.. I’ll take your non reply as a ‘Ofcourse I love your name Patricia.’ Anyways, I’m scared.’ Patricia, my apparent werewolf says. ‘I know, me too.’ I respond while trying to remember how I got here. ’You know I’m in your mind, you could just ask me.’ She says arrogantly. I would have ignored her but I reall
Melissa Becca has been asking Isaac to At Least remove Christina’s cuffs since he can’t do the same with her getting out of this situation. He keeps telling her to shut up and as I watch Peter try his best to make the story detailed I can also see that he’s side-eying out spot. He’s doing everything he can to make sure we have enough time to escape. “Christina.. listen to me, we have to go.” I whisper. She’s been bawling ever since her father announced who he truly is. I mind link my dad, letting him know that we’ve been captured and it looks like both Peter and Christina might die today. “I’m not leaving without my dad!” She says loud enough to attract a few eyes on us but most people are focused on Peter's life story. He makes sure not to mention anybody so as to not get them in trouble but knowing Xavier, he’s going to end up asking questions. He already asked one but Peter managed to change the topic. Sooner or later Xavier will connect the dots. Christina keeps trying to r
Dad explained everything to me besides who my mother was. But only because he’s not aware of that either. There were some things I still didn’t understand but I let it go because I’m honestly too exhausted to start overthinking those things. One thing that he said that kept confusing me was how an omega is the weakest of all werewolves. I wonder why the weakest will be treated like trash instead of cared for. And as much as everybody says I’m an omega, I refuse to believe. I don’t even believe that I’m a werewolf. I’m just a girl. Dad and I fell asleep after our conversation yesterday. I expected us to At Least get some food as prisoners but we were only granted water and I’m sure that too was because of Becca. Luckily for me no one came to try to touch me in the middle of the night.“I find it strange how they faked your death and replaced the person that they actually killed with your face to make it look like it was you. My brain is refusing to believe the whole magic thingy.” I s
Ever since I turned 20 I have heard nothing but baseless rumors about the Alpha king—me, not having a mate. I’d never tell them I do have one because she’s an omega and hell will break loose before I allow her into my life. I asked mom how to get another mate and she told me the first mate had to die. She’s a witch so she didn’t need to do much to find that out. I do not care less about rumors nor do I appreciate such attitudes around my pack but my dearest mother says I should care and do something about it instead of not doing anything. Hence, why I need to make sure I kill whoever my mate is. Mom has already found her location even though we’re still not certain if she exists or not. We were given a false prophecy before and now that I still haven't found my mate, my mother assumed it’s because my original mate is still alive. She sent rogues to kill her yet none have come back to give feedback… well until now. He’s profusely bleeding through his head and chest. Wonder how that h
“I don’t know where to start.” Dad sighs again and shakes his head. “Start from explaining what the hell this omega thing is.” I say gently. “In the werewolf world. There’s another type of hierarchy. Same with how with humans there’s hierarchy of class, where some are middle class and some are high class. Well In the werewolf world, an omega is the weakest and least desirable among them. The Alpha is the highest, followed by his Luna, his beta and then gamma. The omega is always last place.” “So why is it a bad thing if people know I’m an omega? Is it because you're scared of how I’ll be treated and shunned by others?” I ask. “It’s not about that…” he sighs then looks at me, “You're the alpha king's mate.” I just blink at him. “Marcel? Isn’t that supposed to be a good thing?” I raise a brow. “No Alpha would want his Luna to be an omega.” Dad says. “Then how did an Alpha give birth to me?” I question. “We don’t know… it doesn’t make any sense. It’s nearly impossibl
