“Raf?” I said.

He turned to me and nodded.

“Are these kids Linc, you and I?” I continued.

He stood up and so did Linc. They approached me and looked at the photo.

“Yes!” Raf affirmed. My eyes widened.

 “Linc, did you know that Raf has been your best friend since childhood?” I asked Linc.

“Of course! Well, I did forget about him, but then I was thinking about it and remembered him. How do you think we have become friends?” Linc said.

 “But why don’t I remember anything?” I asked.

“Because you didn’t know his real name, you called him Batman. Remember?” Linc started laughing.

“You are the Batman?” I asked flabbergasted. They started laughing.

“When someone called him Raf, you didn’t understand who it was. Don’t you remember, how his family visited us frequently? And we paid them a visit too.”

“Damn, my life won’t be the same anymore!,” I stated and put my palm on my forehead. They laughed
