Kiara POV

My eyes slowly opened and I saw myself strapped to a hospital bed ,the smell of drugs lingering in the room. My gaze fell on the man who stood by my bedside, my heart thumping wildly in my chest.

“ What am I doing here?” I asked, meeting his clear eyes with my own .

“ Relax we meant no harm” he said as I bit my lip with his dark brows furrowed together softening his gaze.

“ You are awake “ they heaved a long sigh and the doctor examined my pulse, taking all the necessary tests needed for my health.

“ Sorry Alpha Kiara sounds are so severe” he exhaled with the air still in the room.

“ How come? How could this have happened?”he muttered with slight bitterness in his tone .

"Doctor, are you saying Kiara wounds cannot be healed?" he queried his voice echoing in the room like a whip pacing back and forth in the room.

" Not with medical methods it appears to be the result of repeated abuse"he explained .

“ Let Kiara tell us what happened I'm sure there is more than it meets the eye “ The doctor murmured .

“Kiara can you tell us what happened "the doctor whispered and my ears rang with tears streaming down my face recoiling my life in the Blue lake pack.

“ Please let me go “ I cried out, unable to control my emotions, not planning to discuss my experience.

“ No it's okay you are safe with us “ the doctor said, his tone softening.

My muscles eased down a little staring into their eyes as Alpha Theodore patted my head with warmth enveloping my body.

I lifted my chin up gazing intensely at him as he heaved a deep sigh.

“ Your secrets are safe with us you don't need to worry about anything”

“All I knew was that I had been abandoned at the Gate of the Blue Lake pack they gave me a basement to live in” I began my voice breaking as their ears heightened listening to my story.

“I had been working for Alpha Ash since I was very little. I was grateful but then Alpha would sometimes hurt me whenever he was drunk ,angry or bored one time he stepped on my back with broken glass” I cried out .

He never saw me as a pack member, only making me handle the dirty work in the pack which subjected me to constant bullying .

.

Alpha Theodore's face warped into hatred , he clenched his fists but he tried to maintain his composure.

They remained frozen on the spot, their chests tightened after they heard everything from me.

Alpha Ash is actually this brutal hiding undercover too bad that he is dead now “ Alpha Theodore burned with fury pacing back and forth in the room.

He looked at the doctor with an impassive look on his face .

“ But we have to dig up more information about the blue lake pack, I feel this is not concrete enough” his eyes were fixed on his beta,Killian who stood at the entrance with his arms crossed over his chest.

“ Yes Alpha I will get to it now” he replied, turning away.

“If it weren't for her self healing ability Luna won't have survived till now "The doctor declared, narrowing his eyebrows at me.

“ Self healing ability?” I gasped in shock, blinking my eyes.

“She is not just a wolf-less omega. There have only been five werewolves with healing abilities in all of history; they all had noble bloodlines, “ he murmured and I stiffened.

A wave of fear passes through me, my blood turning cold.

“Alpha, don't kill me pleaseI am willing to do any dirty work just please” I begged with his eyes hovering over me.

“ Kiara I need you to tell me about your identity, your wolf, only then I can know how to help you “ he encouraged me waiting for me to respond.

“ Just don't kill me, you can lash at me anyhow” I whispered as Alpha Ash's voice rumbled through my head.

“Alpha Kiara has suffered psychological trauma. She's very fragile”

“These are expressed reactions. She needs proper rest Alpha “ The doctor gazes at him dipping his chin.

“Kiara I won't hurt you, no one's going to harm you” he pressed his lips together glancing at me and my heart skips a beat as he turns away shutting the door behind him.
