Chapter 21

 He said she shouldn't be worried about Arabella but the hell she was. More now since she's going to her place for the first time after learning that they are related.

 

Parking her car, she walked to the door and waited after knocking on it to be led in.

A second turned to minutes and no one came to open the door for her. With all patience drained, all she wanted to do is break in and cause a scene but she remembered. No one deserves her anger from the most excruciating week ever except for the dark haired man with rare aquamarine eyes.

Reaching her hand out to turn the knob, it opened, leaving her hand in mid-air.

The door is now open but no way to get in. Standing at the entrance is Arabella, blocking her way in with a jaw that was almost sweeping the floor for reasons she's yet to know.
