Luna Nikita's Plan

After the incident where Blaze saved Carly from the enemies, Alpha Oswald decided to make him Carly's bodyguard.

He decides to organize a ceremony where he would declare Carly as his mate in order to earn the people trying to mess up with her to stay off.

He summoned the elders of his pack and his Assistant to his palace in order to discuss how he would go about the ceremony and if it was a good idea.

The people he invited gathered and he joined them in his throne. They all paid their respect to him before the meeting started.

Thank you everyone for showing up and honoring my invitation," Alpha Oswald said, barely forcing a smile. He didn't have time for that and always wants to go straight to the point.

"I have gathered all of you here to let you know what I have in mind. After choosing Carly as my new mate… I have decided to make it public, and in order for that to happen, I'm thinking if I should host a ceremony_" Alpha Oswald didn't finish before some of the elders who were displeased with the idea started frowning their faces but Alpha Oswald didn't care and continued with his words.

"So I want everyone's opinion here?" Alpha Oswald announced and one of the elders, the first elder, didn't hesitate to clear his throat and speak up. He showed he was clearly not in support of Alpha Oswald choosing Carly as his mate.

"I don't think that's a good idea for Alpha, as she is just a concubine and not your main Luna. Putting up a recognition ceremony is just like wasting all your time and efforts, she won't still get the respect you want her to get," The first elder said and to the second one raised up his hand.

"Yes, Alpha! I think the first elder here is right. We have other pressing issues in the pack here to sort out and give all our time than having a recognition ceremony for your new concubine. It's a waste of time which would make other packs to mock us," the second elder said.

Alpha Oswald thought deeply, their words were making sense to him but he still didn't stick to it. He looked at the faces of the elders one by one and asked.

"Any other opinion?"

His Assistant raised his hand and Alpha Oswald gave him the chance to speak.

"I think the Alpha should do whatever he pleases, a concubine of the Alpha still deserves to be recognized by people. I think the recognition ceremony should take place," His said, which caused a murmur among the elders.

The third elder among the four elders present raised his hand and Alpha Oswald gave him the chance to speak.

"I'm in support of the recognition ceremony Alpha, whatever belongs to you should be shown to people in order for them to stay off and not tamper with it," He stated which made the other elders angry.

"I thought you were wise," The first elder said to the third elder and hissed in anger.

"At your age and your experience so far, you are meant to have grown very wise… why end up still being foolish," the first elder added.

"The recognition ceremony for a concubine who was found to be seducing the pack males doesn't not sound okay… what do you want the other pack to take our pack for? A joke?" The second elder said.

"Everyone is entitled to their opinion. I'm in support of the recognition ceremony… I stand with the Alpha's Assistant," the third elder retorted, not minding the hurtful insults the other elders had just thrown at him.

"You can do better than this, why be so foolish," the first elder spat out in anger.

"Enough!" Alpha Oswald thundered and his voice echoed all over the palace which made everywhere to become calm.

"I called for a peaceful meeting and for argument and for your information," he said pointing at the first and second elders.

"Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, the third elder doesn't deserve the insults that the both of you just rained on him. Be careful with the words you throw at others, I will not accept such words in my meeting again," Alpha Oswald concluded which made the first and second Elder to start murmuring amongst themselves.

"I want silence…total silence," Alpha Oswald demanded, which made them become calm.

"I respect you as my elders but I still need your respect in return as the ruling Alpha," he said, trying to send a warning to them.

"Now, the simple way to settle everything is to make a vote. The party that wins is the party that their opinion will be accepted," Alpha Oswald stated.

"I will not be a part of the party and which party has the highest vote would state what would be done in regard to the ceremony. They would make the final decision of if we should go ahead or not.

Luckily you are five which means any party with three votes wins automatically," Alpha Oswald said and the elders against the ceremony looked at the fourth elder who hadn't said anything since the meeting started, hoping he would be in support of them and make them win.

"Now if you don't want the ceremony to hold, raise up your hands and if you want it to hold don't raise your hands," Alpha Oswald said aloud, and the two elders against the idea of the ceremony raised their hands happily.

They waited for the fourth elder to also do and to their disappointment he didn't.

"I'm in support of the ceremony, everyone deserves Respect no matter who they are," he said which made the other elder and Alpha Oswald's Assistant to win.

"Okay, the ceremony will be held. It will be in three days. All of you should go and prepare… the meeting is over," Alpha Oswald said and stood up.

He didn't care to wait and see if the displeased elders had something to say, he just left with his Assistant following him immediately.

The first and second elders didn't even care to exchange pleasantries with the other elders who supported the ceremony, they quickly left to inform Nikita as they were in support of her Marriage with Alpha Oswald.

They got to her chamber and one of her maids went to inform her of their visit.

She didn't waste any seconds and came to join them. She invited them in but they refused, they rather lured her away to a corner.

"Now that Alpha Oswald has taken a new concubine who he is favoring already… I want you to be on alert, don't allow her to take your place," the first elder said which made Nikita curious, trying to understand what they were talking about.

"What has she done?" Nikita asked them with keen interest.

"The Alpha has decided to host a recognition ceremony on her behalf to let people know she is his property and if she doesn't hold a special place in his heart, he wouldn't do it," the second Elder said and immediately Nikita countenance changed to that of anger.

"How dare he?" She bawled, fuming with rage.

"You don't have to be only angry but also act. Do everything possible to remove her out of the way, don't ever give any chance to take your place," the first elder advised.

"What do you think I should do?" Nikita asked them.

"You should start planning on how to eliminate her but first of all. Turn the ceremony to a disastrous one. You have to humiliate her in the presence of anyone so they all would know she isn't fit to be given such a ceremony," The second elder advised, which made Nikita smile.

"I know what to do," she said and the elders smiled, they know she never jokes with such things and must act the way they have stated. Nikita dismissed the elders and they left, she went back to her chamber to come up with a plan and when she did, she decided to go to the kitchen in search of her most loyal servant who always partakes in such things with her. 

She walked towards the kitchen and called one of the servants who seemed to be one of her loyal dogs.

"You will do something important for me," she said to her as she took her to a corner. She started stating her plans to the servant in a low voice and Kihara who hid when she saw them, gasped with shock on hearing what they were planning for her sister.

She was earlier passing through that part of the palace when she heard Nikita call her sister's name, she decided to hear the reason why her sister's name was being mentioned as Nikita and the servant was conversing in this part of the palace. She got to hear everything they said and quietly waited until they were done with their discussion. 

After Nikita and the servant had gone their separate ways after the plan, Kihara didn't hesitate to go tell Carly Nikita's plan in order for her to be prepared for it.
