Orfilia's pov

It broke my heart to see my friend lying unconscious on the hospital's bed. The healers were inside and doing their job but I was frustrated and there was something that stirred my mind since I had spotted her. She looked different, appeared different and smelled different.

Soon, the healers were out of the room and I grabbed one's arm and dragged him to the corner before anyone else could spot me.

"What is wrong with her? I know she was acting totally different and I understand that it could be due to post traumatic experiences, but I need to know it first." I glared at the healer who submitted under my gaze and responded in brief.

"You are right, Miss Orfilia. She is no longer herself. We have inspected her thoroughly and observed bruises and marks on her body. She was a subject of abuse and if there is more to it, she got forced into an intercourse without her will which ended up in an unexpected pregnancy." He informed me.
