ESHA'S POINT OF VIEW
Everything was coming back into vision. My head was hurting a lot. I could finally restore my vision. The first sight was a door. It looked more like a hospital door with blue curtains all around. I tried pulling my hand and noticed an IV drip. When I tried my other hand I find Aadhvik sleeping by leaning his head against my hand.
"Aadh-Aadhvik." I tried calling him with what I had left inside me.
It was very painful. Even knife stab would have felt better. My throat was completely dried like the rough desert of Rajasthan. I slowly removed my hand from his grip. Aadhvik didn't even realise that. I brushed his hair slowly. Still so smooth....that it made him fall more asleep.
But his sleep vanished when he didn't find my hand that he was holding onto. He woke up all of a sudden and looked at me. Ahh I couldn't brush his hair! Damn!
"Esha, your up! " He asked to conform tha
12 WEEKS LATER"Look at the amount of fame I am getting. All credits go to you!" Shreya chuckles."Obviously you solved the whole case. I trusted you so much in this and you didn't betray me like anytime before. You used your criminal mind a bit good in this case isn't it?" I chuckled back."But solving it wasn't that easy. I am proud of whatever I did. Now I can tell that justice has been rightly served!""Anyways, you did a great help for me. Now no one can address Aadhvik as the son of a bitch or cannot call Shakshi Ma as step mother." I sighed."Leave all that now when are you gonna meet your mother- in- law in real?" She asked."Yeah, since Aadhvik owns many houses in and around the city he shifted Anandh Pa and Shakshi Ma here. I am going to see her for the first time and I am too curious." I giggled."Esha shall we go
ESHA'S POINT OF VIEW4 YEARS LATER"Ma wake up........" Mishika screamed in my ears just like how my mom used to wake me up early in the morning."What happened now?" I asked hugging my pillow more tightly."I don't know how to wear this shoe." Mishika whimpered."God Mishika!! Where is Aadhvik? Tell him to do all this. Let me sleep." I literally begged her. I swear people disturbing you early in the morning is an another level of hurt."Mufasa is making breakfast." She said crying."Stop crying early in the morning Mishika. You are pissing me off." I woke up finally and looked at her. She stood there perfectly ready for school with the pair of school shoes on her hand."Come here." I stretched my hand out and made her sit on my lap. I took the shoes and socks and wore it for her."Done. You go d
It is almost ready....it smells good isn't it?" I asked her. Mishika was too happy that she kept peeping at the dish."Don't touch! It's still hot" I said."Oooo....okay" she whispered. I nodded my head and went to the main hall. Aadhvik was working there on his laptop. It's good. Let him not know I am cooking something here. He first looked at me and then down."Where is Mishika?" He asked.Such a good and beautiful wife he has and he still searches for her. Jackass! I now can feel my mom vey much. It's hard to not be the center of attraction for your husband anymore. Auch!"Mishika is inside. You never tend to ask for me if I am not here. It's okay you have changed." I said with all pitty look on my face. But Aadhvik isn't dumb."You are big enough to handle yourself Esha. Mishika isn't. She is still small." he comments."
ESHA'S POINT OF VIEWIn the light of the moon, he was visible. He came near me, held me so tight in his arms, and our lips were almost going to collide..."Esha.....Esha...Wake up. Its eight fifteen" screamed my sister Ruhi.Ouch!! That was just a dream? I thought I found the one for me."It's Monday today Esha. Don't you remember it's your last chance? Run for it," said Ruhi with a small smirk. That smirk pissed me off for real."Call me with respect. I am almost seven years elder to you!" I said, raising my eyebrows."Sisters are meant to be insulted," she winked at me. That was really lame if you would ask me.Yes, obviously, siblings are meant to be annoying in life. But Ruhi wasn't always irritating. Maybe at times!! But she has been the best secret keeper and a supportive one indeed."
I could feel my heart beat faster. The blood pumped with such a force it was unreal. The interviewer entered; but that wasn't what made feel this way, but the fact that I saw the fat, short man with whom I got into fight in the streets an hour before. He was walking behind the interviewer.I had millions of question going inside my head to which I couldn't get answer to half of them.Wait! What if the interviewer was the person who was sitting inside the car? Damn! it shouldn't be like that. Did I indirectly get the 5000 from the interviewer? NO!!!Keeping all my thoughts aside, I quickly lowered by head so that I wouldn't be recognised, but that darned man saw me. He look confused as though wondering what I would be doing here. For a split second I was happy that maybe, just maybe he had amnesia and didn't remember who I was, but all my hopes came crashing down when his eyes widene
I head home to break the news to my parents. I had never been this happy to tell them anything, not even when my board results came out. I skipped my way to the kitchen where I knew my mother would be there preparing lunch. I stood there with a goofy grin on my face waiting for her to notice me, but she was too immersed in whatever she was doing to notice my presence there. And this mischievous thought crept to that tiny brain of mine.I curled down my smile with a downcast look, maybe with a tear or two, I approached my mother. Now was the time to display my Oscar level acting skills.I put my hands on the counter to which she looked up to see me."Oh you're back! How did it-" Her once eager expression morphed to one of a blank one,"You didn't get the job did you?"Now, what would everyone expect a parent to do in this kind of situation? Console and tell everything is going to be alri
The sun rays fell straight unto my face. God! Who the hell took the curtains off? This is so annoying. I covered my face with the blanket and slept back. I didn't realize the fact that I am going to work from today. WORKING!"ESHA!! WAKE UP! It's 30 minutes past 7!" My mom screamed at me, standing by the door with her hand crossed, staring at me.My eyes flew open immediately and I was no longer sleepy. I came back into my senses and had a memory of that nutcase screeching TIWARI, PUNCTUALITY, HONESTY and for a second I felt it was the end . I dived out of my bed, pushing everything out of my way including my sister and entered the washroom.I brushed my teeth and took a bath. I regret for not being a morning person. I can sleep all day. Moreover I am so used to wake up at 12 noon. Now this sucks and I got to do it all day from now on.I wore a black jumpsuit embellished with a golden belt with a p
The morning begin with the same scoldings from my mom. God! This early morning scremes just pisses me off. I covered my ears with the pillow but still I doesn't seem to stop anytime soon.My mom comes and throws the pillow off from my ears, "Esha!!! Wake up... You don't want to go to office Today?"Shit! I wake up as soon as she said that. She herself was shocked seeing me wake up at one go. Sadly, I was working under this ruthless person. I can't help it anymore but cry looking at my life. I run to the washroom to get ready and it took me almost an hour to make myself look decent enough.I came out from the room and I didn't even have time to wave a bye to my family. I just stared at them and walked off to catch the bus. The same bus ride, the same problems, the same stupid office and th same stupid boss. Things I do to not get married! When the bus actually reached my stopping I pusbed ever
