"Miss, you should not come out like this. You are still so weak" one of the nurses urged Nina when they found her standing outside in the corridor. The nurse felt pity for Nina who was crying outside.

"He is not worth it. Come, you are still young and have a beautiful future ahead of you. Don't let a man like that ruin your happiness like this. If he doesn't want you, then you can find someone who would cherish the ground you walk on. Come, you have to recover first for that to happen" Ella urged Nina.

Ella's words made Nina look away from Theo and Chelsea and concentrate on the beautiful woman standing beside her.

"I am sorry, I can't recollect your name" Nina said trying to remember where she met this woman who looked familiar.

Ella laughed with mirth at her words.

"That's because we never met before. Let me introduce myself. I am Ella Vincent. The CEO of the Perfume company 'Fragrance' " Ella introduced herself.

That's when Nina recollected where she saw Ella before. She saw her on the news. Nina recollected that Ella lost her husband recently and is struggling to run the company her husband left for her. The shareholders and the board of directors are pressurising her to sell her shares and leave the company because she couldn't turn the company over after her husband's death. Now the shares of her company are at an all time low.

"Hello Miss Ella, it's a pleasure meeting you" Nina shook hands with the sweet lady.

"Come, let's go" Ella urged Nina to go back to her room.

Nina agreed and walked back inside. After the nurse made sure that she reattached all the wires Nina pulled out earlier, she left to get the doctor to check Nina who was out of Coma.

"I am sorry. It was me who was responsible for your accident. I was drunk and I risked your life along with mine. I know my apology won't cut it, but I am willing to do anything you want from my side" Ella offered honestly.

Nina was quiet for a while. She is not angry with Ella. Because this accident showed her how much Theo values her life. This is the wakeup call she needed to wake up from the night mare from which she refused to back out.

"I have to thank you. This accident showed me that I have to move on and give myself more credit than I am giving. I just cannot let anyone trample on my self esteem. I have allowed too many people to play with my life. Not anymore. If you want to help me, then I have a proposal. If you agree, then it will be beneficial for both of us" Nina spoke maturely for the first time after she married Theo. She was blinded by her love for too long.

Ella became curious about Nina's proposal.

"What kind of proposal?" she inquired with interest.

Nina picked up her mobile which someone has placed beside her bed. She clicked and swiped something on her mobile. She opened a document which she was working on for a while now. She used to get bored sitting alone at home. So she decided to work on her skill during that time to pass her time.

"See this" Nina handed her phone over to Ella.

Ella accepted the phone and started reading the document which Nina showed her.

"I know you are struggling to keep your husband's company running. In an interview, you mentioned that you used to take care of the administration side of the company and your husband is the master mind who creates incense for the perfumes your company manufacturers and sells. Now you are struggling with the technical aspects of the company. I am sure these formulas for the perfect blend of incense will help the company" Nina said confidently.

Ella didn't understand much from the technical aspects of the document. But she found the combination of the incense very interesting.

"Usually I will never entertain a newcomer, especially when my company and my identity in my company are at risk. But my husband always used to tell me to take risks and live a little. I am going to follow his advice and take this to my technical team. Let's see what they think about this" Ella said frankly.

Nina liked Ella. She is not mincing her words. She is Frank and is not giving Nina any false hopes to appease her because of the accident.

"Thank you, I will mail the document to you now. I will be waiting for your call" Nina said feeling positive after a year.

Ella and Nina chatted for a while before Ella took her leave to attend a meeting with the board of directors. She settled the hospital bills for Nina and promised to visit her soon.

After Ella left, Nina checked her mobile and noticed that no one called her. Not her father William Davis or his second wife Barbara whom her father married after Nina's mother passed away. She has a step brother Silas, who is creepy and likes to touch Nina inappropriately when no one is around. Nina used to prefer serving in an orphanage rather than staying at home.

Her step mother loves to torment Nina and her father always supports her step mother. One day when Nina was working in the orphanage, one of the volunteer carried a lady who apparently fainted on the street nearby. Nina took care of the lady and helped her to relax with one of her special blend of Incense which helps to calm nerves and reduce anxiety and blood pressure.

Nina later learned that the lady was none other than Mrs. Agatha Morrison, Theodore's mother. That's the first time Nina met Mrs. Morrison, who used to adore Nina alot. And that's when Nina met Theodore and fell for him. And he was forced to marry her because of his mother. Just a few days after their marriage, Agatha tumbled down the stairs and was critically injured. Everyone pushed the blame upon Nina who happened to be there when Agatha fell down.

Theodore was forced to marry Nina and he never held anything for her. In his mind, she is just a gold digger just like other women who tried and failed to seduce him. So he believed others who blamed Nina. Why wouldn't he believe, the people who blamed her are none other than Barbara, Silas and Chelsea. After that, Theodore refused to even acknowledge her presence and never cared to know about her.
