I stared at Jill as she laid on her bed, unconscious. At this point, I was almost dying. I was just so sick of everything going on around me. How could my life become so terrible?

I scanned my eyes to her lap, and I immediately averted from looking at it. I remembered how she bled the previous night, and the thought of that was so scary. Very scary. "Is my mom okay?" I heard Liam's voice from behind me, and that made my heart skip a beat. What would I tell the young boy? 

I turned to the direction of his voice, and pulled a fake smile when I sighted him. "Come here boy." I said. 

He lurched to me, his eyes already drowned in tears, and his body obviously shivering. "What happened to my mommy?" He asked. "She hasn't woken up since last night."
