Fifty seven: Free:-)

Trisha held her red cheek, gawking in disbelief of what I just did to her. But although she looked so shocked, I cared less. She deserved it. She even deserved more. A terrible human like her didn't deserve anything good. 

"You— you hit me?" She stuttered, gulping as her lips moved unstably. "How can you hit me? Have you forgotten who I am? I'm Trisha. I'm your wife. The lady you love."

"Love?" I moved closer to her, and yanked at her arm again. "This isn't love. This is blindness. Blindness in the sense that I haven't been seeing all my suffering. As for you, this is lust. Our relationship is filled with hatred, lust, betrayal. It's nothing close to being love." I lamented. 

A tear dropped from her eye, and she sobbed. "But still, how can you slap me? Have you forgotten that you're a calm and dumb husband who reacts to nothing? Have you forgotten who you are?"
