Seventy one: Let's. End. It.

Getting overly uncomfortable at how he fixed his eyes on mine, I turned away from looking at him, lowering my head to stare at nothing specific. Unexpectedly, he moved a little closer, which made me cling to the door. Why was I being so uncomfortable suddenly? 

"What have you come here for?" He finally spoke. 

I sighed anxiously, "I— I want to speak to you," and stuttered. 

Uninformed, he played his index finger to my face, and gently raised my jaw to face him. "Why averting from looking at me?" He huffed. "Is someone feeling guilty here?"

"I have to speak to you first. I think you should at least give me a chance to explain myself," I spoke straight. 

He removed his finger from my jaw, and shrugged. "That statement is something so familiar. Everyone has always asked me for a chance. So I expect such."
