New York, such a beautiful city, yet it is crazy as fuck. Especially with vampires living amongst humans. But not every vampire is evil. Some do actually care for humans, and others just see them as blood bags. Me, I dont kill for fun, I kill when they deserve it.

I'm not just a regular vampire, I'm a Royal, I can control and read minds, heal, super strength and many more. When they see me they fear me and my family. Royal is the strongest kind. And there's only one, us.

We often change places due to the fact that we never age. And we dont want people to freak. My sister and I are 20 years old. Our parents are 40. But reality, we're over 1000 years old.

Once I was done drinking blood from this bastard that wanted to assault a teenage boy, I went home.

"You look like a bloody mess." My sister mentioned while pointing at my shirt.

"Had to take care of an idiot. How was school?"

"It was good, I made the cheer team and I'm captain and the new queen bee. Although I wont be a bitch I just wanted to teach the former one a lesson."

"Which is?" I questioned her while sitting next to her.

"To never mess with me or bully anyone. I hate people like her." She rolled her eyes.

"Remind me again why do we have to go to school?" I sighed.

"Because, we never finish high school. We always move before we graduate. I want my damn diploma." She huffed. I couldn't help but laugh.

"Alright. We will get your diploma. The things I do for you, twin." I gave her a kiss on her head and then I went to take a shower.

The next day I got ready and drove to school. I really hate that place. After a 30 minute drive I arrived to the hell hole. I made my way to the lockers and put my stuff in there. I spotted my sister talking to someone. I made my way over there.

"Hey twin, meet Seraphina Bradshaw." Mallory, told me.

So, my twin is friends with the girl I saved yesterday. This girl has no idea what she's getting herself into. I got to admit, she's insanely gorgeous. Those green blue eyes of hers are mesmerizing.

"Nice to meet you, Seraphina." I gave her a devilish smile. Her whole face turned red.

Seraphina

Wow! This guy is extremely hot. And that accent makes him ten times hotter. Is this what girls call, sex on legs?

He chuckled. Did I say those things out loud?

"W- what's funny?" I asked sheepishly.

"That your whole face is red." He smirked.

"Oh, uhm. Must be the weather, I gotta go to class, bye and nice meeting you." With that said, I made a run. So embarrassing.

"You scared her." Mallory told him.

"Hey, not my fault I made her blush. Also her thoughts about me were so cute coming from someone so innocent as her." He replied.

"Aww, is someone crushing already?"

"In your dreams. I dont catch feelings. All I want is fun and that's about it." He left after that.

"That's what they all say, twin." She giggled.

After classes were over, I went to my car. Just as I was about to get in, I was stopped.

"Just because I'm not captain or the queen bee doesnt mean  I will leave you alone. You and your friend will pay so hard." Tori told me with so much anger.

"Leave me alone. Go bother someone else."

She grabbed me really hard and slapped me. "Don't talk to me like that again."

What did I ever do to her to make her hate me so bad, I cant wait to get away from this place. 

"Listen you bloody idiot, I told you to leave her alone." Mallory grabbed Tori and dragged her away.

I need my sleep. Mallory can punch her or do whatever she wants. I'm out of here. I will call her later.

Mallory

I dragged this bitch to the dumpster behind the school. I'm getting tired of her. And it's the second day I'm seeing her. How annoying can a person be?

"I will get my revenge. You took my place in the cheer team." She huffed.

I smiled. "I told you I was going to. Now leave Seraphina alone."

"And who are you to give me orders." She tried to push me away but failed miserably.

"You will become my personal blood bag. Now dont scream."

I bit her and then started to drink her blood. It's so good I was in need of this. After 2 minutes, I let go of her and cured her.

"Forget everything that happened now. And you will leave Seraphina alone."

She just nodded.

"Good girl, now run along." She left. "I need some fun. I should call that guy from the ice cream place."

I entered the house and was met by my father.

"Richard Montenegro is furious and wants to kill you. It seems you killed his best man, yesterday."

"If it's the one in the alley, he deserved it, he was going to drain an innocent girl. You know I can't stand innocent people get killed." I answered him.

"We've been in peace with them for so long, is this girl worth it?" He asked in a calm way.

"Honestly dad, I just met her yesterday. But since she got in the crossfire, I'll protect her along with Mal." I told him. "And the Montenegro's are shady. I wouldn't trust them."

He chuckled. "I dont, son. But like they say, keep your friends close and your enemies closer."

"If they want war, then war we shall give them. We're Carter's and we always win."

"That we do." Mal added while entering the livingroom.

"Are they coming here?" Mom asked.

"No, they will plan for a while and then attack, but the good thing is, they dont know about my visions. No need to worry, dear." He smiled while grabbing her hand.
