Chapter 24: Living In The Now - Sorrell

It’s a short walk to the Alpha suite and I feel my heart pound. I’ve never been inside the Alpha suite; it feels like I’m stepping somewhere forbidden. He escorts me in and I’m quick to scan the room and take in every minute detail. There’s a living area, a dining area, and a kitchen area. It's a lovely space, except for the ghastly shade of avocado on the walls.

Alden leads me straight past the living area, dining area and kitchen, straight into what I assume is his bedroom, but I’m second guessing that as soon as I see in inside.

It’s all pink!

Rose pink, I should say, but still. I never expected to see this colour in an Alpha’s bedroom. There’s a rose pink carpet and a small, raised platform leading up to the bed, which has a dusty pink bedspread.
