" Is she my daughter?" I asked Niyati looking into Neela's eyes because my gut feeling was saying that Niyati was hiding something.

Those innocent eyes were looking at me and crying nonstop. I felt like someone was stabbing my heart with a knife seeing that baby crying.

I felt so protective over this baby which I never felt before. I felt a deep connection with the baby girl. I know Niyati wasn't pregnant when I divorced her but still who knows?

Hearing me, Niyati turned towards me and I again saw the same fear in her eyes. She became stiff for some time hearing me. She is behaving like I am here to snatch Neela from her. She tightened her hold on Neela and came forward.

" What rubbish you are talking about? She is Ranvijay and my daughter," She told me furiously.

I asked her tilting my head," Oh really!! Then, do you have any explanation for why she looks like me and you instead of looking like Ranvijay and you? Tell me Niyati, what are you hiding?"
