Chapter 6 - Alone

Adrita's Pov.

"Didi, I am going." I said taking my backpack and rushing towards the door.

"Rita, if you want I can give you company at your university because you don’t know the way yet." Didi said, taking her bag.

"You are saying like you know the way. I have already booked a cab." I said as I wanted to explore alone!

"I don’t know the way but Hardik does." Didi said and I smirked at her playfully.

"So, you are going with jiju. Huh?" I said and she slapped my shoulder.

"Don't tease me." She slightly blushed.

We got out of the house and locked it with our fingerprints. We went downstairs by elevator.

I saw jiju standing in front of his car with black sunglasses looking cute as always. Didi ran to him and hugged him tightly.

"Adrita, come with us. I will drop you off at your university too." Jiju said and I shook my head instantly.

"No, it’s not needed. I can go on my own." I said as I didn't want to be the third wheel and also I knew that the ride with them will be boring as they will be busy romancing!

"Message me when you reach university." Didi said and I nodded.

They got inside the car and went away. I waved them bye.

Then I saw the cab arriving, I waved at the driver. He noticed me and I quickly went towards it because I don't want to be late on the first day of my new university.

I opened the door and was about to get in when suddenly a car arrived at horse speed. The glass slid down and I saw that arrogant Malhotra.

Why is he here?

What does he want?

Why is he looking at me like a creep?

Why is he looking more handsome today?

Thousands of questions appeared in my mind.

"Get inside." He said in a rough voice.

"Who? Me?" I asked, looking here and there.

"Is there anyone else except you?" He asked in an annoying tone.

Jerk!

"Dumb girl." I heard him whispering to himself.

"I am not dumb." I yelled at him.

"Come inside, I have something important to discuss with you." He said in a gentle tone.

That's how a man should talk with a woman, gently. I gave him a big smile showing my dimples.

I said sorry to the cab driver and paid him the money though he didn’t want to take it.

I opened the door of his car and sat inside. The car is so beautiful from the inside too.

How many cars does he have?

"Eleven." I heard him say this while I was checking out the car.

"What?" I asked, not understanding what he said.

"I don't like to repeat myself twice." He said getting back to his rude side.

"Then, I must say you have a big issue." I said while he glared at me with those beautiful eyes.

Get a grip on yourself, Adrita.

"So, what do you want to say?" I asked, getting curious as we didn't even introduce ourselves properly and now he wants to talk to me about something!

What does he want to say to me?

We don’t even know each other properly.

Wait a second!

Did he fall in love with me?

Maybe he wants to propose.

Wow!

When did I get so lucky?

I was waiting for him to say something but he was silent with a smile plastered on his face. That smile looks like an evil one. I am getting a bad vibe from him.

"What do you want to say?" I asked again, getting impatient with the silent treatment.

Suddenly the car stopped and I looked outside to see a place where I couldn't see any human.

"Get out." He said more like ordered.

"Why?" I asked, getting anxious.

Does he want to do any bad things with me?

He opened the door to his side and got out. He came to my side and opened the door. He held my hand in a tight grip and yanked me outside of the car.

"What are you doing? WTH!" I shouted at him.

He went inside the car and closed the door.

"You can't leave me like this in this unknown place where there isn’t anyone." I shouted while banging the glass.

Instantly, tears escaped my eyes in fear of imagining being alone. The glass slid down and he looked at me with an unknown emotion.

"Now, you will know how it feels to be alone. How it feels when there isn’t anyone to help you." He said and the car started moving.

"Please, don't go. Please, I will be all alone." I shouted, crying pathetically while running behind the car.

Soon the car was out of my sight and I fell while crying my heart out.

"Why did he do this? What did I ever do to him? Now, how will I get out of here?" I cried while thinking about what will happen if I don’t get out of this isolated place.

I took my mobile from my backpack and dialed the number of didi. But it was unreachable.

Then I noticed that there wasn't any signal. God, please help me!

The sun was scorching my head, making me feel dizzy. My extreme headache came which only happens when my head gets in contact with sunshine.

Suddenly I started seeing everything blurry and I fell into the arms of darkness.

I saw a few boys in the distance. They saw me and started whispering to each other then they gave me an evil smile.

They started running towards me with lustful gazes. I quickly started to run watching them coming towards me.

Please, God! Save me, I don’t want to get raped.

I heard their voices from behind and I could feel that they were very close to me. Suddenly my ankle twisted and I fell on my face.

I winced in pain and I turned around to see them.

"Got you." One of them said and laughed evilly.

"Please leave me, let me go." I cried while begging them.

"Today we will have so much fun." Another boy said, making me shiver in fear.

My heart was pounding crazily in fear.

Will I get raped?
