Chapter 90 - Pain

"Sir, can I leave now?" Adrita asked, peeking her head slightly into the cabin and looking at Dhruv who was still deeply engrossed in his works.

"Just five minutes more!" He whined a little like a little kid, making her giggle and he continued his work without acknowledging her presence properly.

She wondered if he needed to work five minutes then why was he stopping her from going home? Maybe, he had some work with her after he was done doing his work!

So she fully entered the cabin and went towards the glassview to gaze at the nightlife of the city which was bustling just like any other day.

She wondered if his flight landed or not. But it's his duty as a husband to inform her of his wellbeing so he should inform her after the flight lands. She wanted to scold him for being angry with her for petty things.

Moreover, the rest of the family already hates her as they blame her for grandma's burn injury. She had no fault but she is still suffering. So she decided, she would try to stay
