Samel looked on coldly as his two guests that are currently staying at the guest rooms of his manor, happily conversed with extreme familiarity, as if they have known each other for ages.

His lips pursed tight as his chest felt tight without a reason. Why didn’t he know that the two of them are acquainted with each other? He did not hear any reports from his steward about the acquaintance of the two in the past days that they have stayed inside the manor.

But, the look in their eyes and their gestures are clearly as if they are familiar with each other without much alienation. His thoughts further darkened Samel’s mood, but he does not have a reason to go over there and join their conversation.
