Third Person’s POV

The room suddenly fell into an awkward silence as Lyor stood blankly while staring straight at the bandaged young girl on the bed. Such blatant staring would have offended Asha if she could not see the innocent bewilderment, and whirling thoughts on Lyor’s clear pupils that seem to be speaking louder than his actions.

Asha cleared her throat with as her fingers gentled patted the creases on the quilt draped on her lap.

“Is there something wrong benefactor?” Not wanting to guess the thoughts of the honest-looking young man in front of her that seem to be similar to her age, Asha carefully worded her inquiry.

And her gentle tone drenched in her soft mellow voice finally doused Lyor out of his dazed thoughts.

“I apologize, I just remembered someone due to young miss’ bearings. Lyor is my given name, and it is a pleasure to meet you.” A bright smile lifted up the corner of Lyor’s lips as he approached Asha.
