Reunion

Third Person’s POV

A soft groan sounded in Asha’s room, and what followed is the excitement of the physician and female servant that has been watching over Asha for the past week.

Asha did not disappoint Samel as she woke up groggily when the sun had just set in the horizon. Her weak body coupled with her slightly hazy mind put her in a daze, and even the commotion in and out the room did not faze her.

Steward Sam hurried to inform Samel of Asha’s condition. He was busy with the preparation for dinner when the female servant taking care of Asha rushed to his side saying that the young lady is awake.

Steward Sam panted at the front of the study room’s door, but he did not waste a second to knock as he entered the study room with an excited gait.

“Lord Samel, the young lady is awake.” Steward Sam uttered as soon as he saw Samel’s figure sitting behind the table at the center of the study room.

Samel was busy tending to the reports from the management officers of the city
