Chapter fourteen

(Alexander POV)

Ever since Bianca came home from her friend Calida, she been acting strange and there is now something different about her. It’s already strange that not only am I feeling better and now the doctor says there is no trace of cancer in my body. How can that be since I’m still human. I decided to get a second opinion from my son Eumolpus, who is now a doctor at Advent Hospital Orlando. He now goes by the name of Dr. Andrew Lawrence. At one time, humans believed in the gods and now we just try to live among them. It’s a good thing Bianca is in school right now, because her brother will be here to tell me what he found in my blood. I decided to make some lunch, because he is taking time away from his break at work to talk to me. I made us some Lox with a nice salad to go with it. As soon as I was done that, I hear someone walking into the room.

He had a nice but expensive suit and his brief case in hand, but to me he looked like a young boy wanting to p
