Right after the Dalton family's interview, the Chairman of Kreuk University has released an official statement confirming the case filed against their previous director who was already detained in the police station. He has also conveyed his intent for an amicable settlement with KD University.

The chairman also expressed his utmost apology for whatever have been said against KD University by their previous director. He clarified that whatever the previous director of Kreuk University previously said did not represent the university and its stakeholders.

The chairman had also shared that he called CEO emeritus Dave Dalton for an apology and they have come to terms.

Before the day ended, the police station where Dr. Tan and the director are detained was swarmed with the other victims who got the courage to file their complaint from the assurance of the Dalton
