Kaden’s POV

“This is such a stupid activity,” I muttered under my breath and she laughed, it was hearty and fun.

“That’s because you're bad at it. Let go of the railing, you're blocking children who actually need it,” she called as she skated further and further on the ice.

“You said that was your last run!” I called after her and she dropped her head and laughed, twirling and doing stunts on the ice.

She looked so carefree and gorgeous I wanted to let her skate for as long as she wanted but then I was selfish and the fact that I hadn’t thought of bringing her here made me a little mad and irrational.
