I woke up the following morning without Primo beside me. I had already expected for him to leave for work since he did take the day off yesterday. Apparently, my plan to keep my mother safe had a bad effect for Primo since the Bratva destroyed a plane right in front of the public’s eye. “Oh by the way sis, someone came over while you were still asleep. I can’t believe I almost forgot to tell you.” Marina said as we sat down on the couch. As evening came, we were surprised when we saw Niccolo and Primo got out of their car. We didn’t expect them to come home. Usually, they wouldn’t come home for at least 4 or 5 days, maybe even a week. The moment we saw their car while we were upstairs, Marina and I quickly raced down to the front door to greet them.
