The night had eventually surrendered to morning, but Silver Hale barely noticed the moment sleep took her.

The last thing she remembered from the night before was warmth—heat surrounding her from three different directions, the teasing closeness of Kyrian, Kael, and Cairo lingering in the air like electricity. The bond between them had pulsed steadily, slow and powerful, like the beat of a distant drum echoing through her chest.

Now morning light filtered softly through the tall windows.

Silver stirred.

For a moment she didn’t open her eyes. She simply lay there, feeling it.

The bond.

It was still there—stronger than before.

Not just a faint awareness anymore, but a steady rhythm flowing through her body. It moved through her veins like silver light, connecting her to the three Alphas in a way that was impossible to ignore.

She inhaled slowly.

And immediately felt them.

Kael’s presence was the first thing her senses caught. His warmth burned like a quiet fire somewhere nearby. Even without opening her eyes she could feel the restless energy that always surrounded him.

Cairo was calmer. Steadier. His presence felt like still water—deep and grounding.

And Kyrian…

Kyrian was different.

Cold, controlled power radiated from him like a quiet storm waiting beneath ice. His presence was unmistakable, sharp and commanding even in silence.

Silver’s eyes finally opened.

The morning light spilled across the room—and she realized she wasn’t alone.

Kael was sitting near the edge of the bed, leaning back in his chair, watching her with a lazy sort of intensity that made her stomach tighten. His dark eyes gleamed when he noticed she was awake.

“Well,” he murmured, voice low and rough with sleep, “look who finally decided to join the world again.”

Silver pushed herself up slightly.

Cairo stood near the window, arms folded loosely as he looked out over the pack grounds. But the moment she moved, his attention shifted immediately to her.

Warm amber eyes softened.

“Morning,” he said gently.

And then there was Kyrian.

He stood farther away than the others, near the doorway, exactly where she would expect him to position himself—somewhere strategic where he could see everything.

Watching.

Assessing.

His gaze locked with hers, calm and unreadable.

“You’re awake,” he said simply.

Silver felt heat rise to her face as the memories of the previous night brushed through her mind. The closeness. The tension. The teasing touches that had never quite crossed the line but had left her body humming with awareness.

And now they were all here.

Still around her.

The bond pulsed again.

Stronger.

Her hand instinctively pressed lightly against her chest.

She could feel them.

All three of them.

Kael noticed immediately. A small smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth.

“Feel that?” he asked.

Silver nodded slowly.

“It’s louder today,” she admitted quietly.

Cairo stepped closer to the bed, studying her expression carefully.

“The bond is settling,” he explained. “It’s normal for it to feel stronger after the first night.”

Kael leaned forward slightly.

“Normal?” he chuckled. “Three Alphas bound to one mate? I wouldn’t exactly call that normal.”

Silver huffed softly despite herself.

Kyrian finally moved from the doorway.

When he approached, the air itself seemed to shift with him.

His voice was calm, but firm.

“Regardless of what it is,” he said, “the bond is real.”

His eyes held hers.

“And it won’t weaken.”

Silver swallowed.

Something about the certainty in his voice made the pulse in her chest throb again.

For a moment none of them spoke.

The quiet morning stretched between them.

And then—

The scene changed.

Far from Silent Hill.

Far beyond the forests and mountains that surrounded the packs.

In a chamber hidden from the mortal world, shadows flickered along ancient stone walls.

At the center of the room floated an orb.

Its surface shimmered like liquid glass.

Inside it…

Silver Hale could be seen clearly.

Three figures stood around the orb.

The Veiled Ones.

Their forms were cloaked in shifting darkness, their faces hidden behind thin veils that shimmered with faint silver light.

One of them leaned closer to the orb.

“Remarkable,” the voice murmured.

Inside the orb, Silver sat on the bed while the three Alphas stood around her.

The bond between them flickered visibly like threads of silver energy.

Another Veiled One tilted their head slightly.

“So it has happened.”

“All three of them.”

The third figure spoke, voice low and thoughtful.

“Yes.”

The orb shimmered again.

The threads of energy connecting Silver to Kyrian, Kael, and Cairo pulsed stronger.

“They are bound.”

A slow silence settled over the chamber.

Then the first Veiled One chuckled softly.

“That will either make them unstoppable…”

A pause.

“…or destroy them completely.”

The second voice spoke.

“The bond makes her stronger.”

“Yes,” the third replied calmly.

“But strength is not always protection.”

The orb brightened again.

Silver’s silver hair caught the morning light in the vision.

One of the Veiled Ones traced a finger lightly across the surface of the orb.

“If we control her,” they said quietly, “we control them.”

The others remained silent.

Watching.

Studying.

“The Alphas will never see it coming,” the second voice whispered.

“They believe the bond protects them.”

The third voice spoke slowly.

“But if we twist it…”

“…if we turn her power against them…”

The first Veiled One smiled behind the veil.

“They will fall.”

Inside the orb, Silver laughed softly at something Kael said.

None of them realized they were being watched.

None of them realized the ancient forces already planning how to use the bond that tied them together.

The Veiled Ones stepped back slightly.

“Let them grow closer,” one of them said calmly.

“The stronger the bond becomes…”

“…the easier it will be to break.”

The orb dimmed slowly.

But before the image faded completely, Silver lifted her head slightly—as if she felt something watching her.

A faint ripple passed through the orb.

And for the first time in centuries…

The Veiled Ones wondered if Silver Hale might prove more dangerous than they had anticipated

The council had finally ended, leaving a trail of exhaustion and tension in its wake. Silver Hale stepped into the quiet of the Moon Shadow house, the soft glow of the hearth casting warm light across her silver hair. Her heartbeat still thrummed with the echo of the Alpha Council, but now it was no longer fear or anticipation—it was desire, electric and unrelenting, a pull she could no longer ignore.Cairo lingered nearby, his calm presence like a steadying current. He didn’t need to speak; Silver could feel his gaze on her, warm and intense, a quiet promise that he was hers. Kael, on the other hand, hovered close enough that every brush of his arm sent shivers racing through her body. He was impatient, a storm of passion coiled at his side, daring her to notice him. Kyrian remained slightly apart, cold and calculating, yet the glint in his eyes betrayed the same pull she felt—a controlled, dangerous desire, simmering beneath the surface.Silver swallowed hard, aware of the magnetic

The council chamber of Silent Hill Pack had been built to command respect.Thick stone walls curved around the circular room, each block carved with ancient wolf sigils that glowed faintly beneath the torchlight. Their expressions ranged from wary curiosity to open suspicion.Every pair of eyes was fixed on her.Kyrian stood in the center of the room, tall and immovable. The journey resumed in uneasy silence. No one spoke much after the shadow vanished.Kyrian led the way through the forest with long, purposeful strides. His posture was rigid, his attention split between the path ahead and the territory around them.Kael walked closest to Silver, rarely more than a step away. Every now and then his arm brushed hers as if confirming she was still there.Kairo moved slightly behind them, his watchful eyes constantly scanning the trees.Silver walked between them, her mind far from the road. The whisper still lingered in her thoughts.Silver Hale…She shivered. It had faded after the shadow disappeared, but she could still feel the echo of it—like a distant voice pressing against the edge of her mind. She touched the moon-shaped necklace around her neck.It was warm again. Not burning like before.Just… warm.“Are you alright?” Kairo asked gently.Silver looked up, startled.“Yes,” she said quickly. But the lie felt thin even to her own ears.Kairo studi
