Chapter 22
The sunlight filtered through the wide glass pane of his apartment, illuminating the beauty of Tobias’s place. We were sitting on the chairs of his dining and ate the French toast he’d made for us. Alongside that, he knew how much I loved coffee so he brewed me one which I found really sweet. The calming atmosphere in his apartment made my anxiety go away, and knowing that I was with him at this moment made me feel ecstatic.
I was grateful for all his efforts and I was so comfortable in his company that I didn’t want to leave his side.
