I rolled over as beams of light made their way through the curtains. I sighed deeply, I must have slept longer than I planned. This is what happens when you allow the vixen in your bed to draw you into a good time.

I smirked as she sighed beside me.

The recent events have been a rollercoaster, one hot on the heels of the other. At the very least, I finally got rid of that leech, Athena.

How dare she lay a hand on my child? I get that she was carrying one as well but how dare she hurt me ?

What would make the day better was the news of her demise. Like how dumb was she?
