Liana’s POV

After the whole media thing, Conan decided to distance himself from Kayla. Since that day, there hasn’t been any case of any serious issues of any sort and it was starting to seem like things were getting back to normal plus Kayla had been extremely calm these days.

Although she didn’t relate with me, she has been in her lane and I think that was because of the pregnancy and maybe it was a hormonal change. She stopped getting irritated by a lot of things and most especially, she stopped treating Connor badly.

Connor and Kayla were settling their differences slowly and although Conan still kept a grudge against him, Connor made sure that he was there for Kayla. He bought all the things that the baby needed and his eyes would always lit up brightly whenever he talked about the child.

Meanwhile, I still hadn’t asked Connor about his past. Many times, I would try to ask Conan about his past but I would never find the courage to ask him about anything since I had shunned him s
