Chapter 13_ no one touch her

IRIS POV

My words came out rudely and loud but I didn't mind. I raise my hands up as a surrender, walking towards him. “Please let Luna Caroline go.” I uttered with so much confidence.

“She has done nothing wrong. Let her go and you can have me,” in our midst, Cole walked in. Looking lost and perplexed

“Father, what happened?” He questioned, his face brimming with shock. “ Why's mother here?” It seems like he figured it all out.

“Your mother was protecting Iris,” his tone thunder with disdain. “I don't know the relationship they have that made her help her.” He kicked her on the stomach, making her wince in pain as she fell down.

With a dangerous stare, he dragged roughly and abruptly, pulling me away but I couldn't let him do that. I removed his grip from mine and sat down immediately, to avoid him dragging me any further.

Because I know the moment he successfully dragged me out of here, he would take advantage of me.

“Why Carson?” Luna Caroline sp

Chapter 88: Enemies in the PackhouseCharles I literally thought I could continue with my act, but I put a halt to that the moment Alex walked in, looking worried. Surveying his countenance, I could tell there's fire on the mountain. Something extremely terrible had taken place, occurred, while I was in a coma. “ Iris told me you've woken up, I'm really sorry I can't wait but I think you should know what's happening in the pack.” He stated. I pointed my hand at an empty seat, signaling him to take a seat which he did, in under five seconds. “What is it?” I knew something would definitely go wrong ever since I went into a coma. I knew that would be the start of my downfall. I don't know why I have to fall into a coma all of a sudden. “There's a problem.” He said, oozing out breath from his mouth. “I don't know if she told you yet, but when you were in coma, a lot has happened. People getting kidnapped and killed without traces. And there's evidence that iris is behind it. The eld

Chapter 87: Three Days Without YouCharles “I'm really sorry, I promise to listen to your words from today henceforth. Please come back to me. Please come back. You can't leave me and your children alone.” That voice, I think I have been hearing it in my head for what seems to be forever. I kept on hearing it like a ringtone, curious to find who it belonged to, my eyes went open and there I caught her face. Beautiful, literally the most beautiful I have ever seen in a year. The Face looks familiar. For some seconds,I tried to figure out what was happening, and how I got here. My head seems blank for a while, followed by an instant aching. It seems I have lost my memories. I can't seem to think of anything right now. My head is blank. “Who are you?” I questioned with curiosity, keenly looking at her beautiful face and waiting for her explanation, and then, she burst into more tears. This time, her sobbing was loud, she was bawling out her eyes. And then, the memories came back, f

  • Bound by Fate: The Slave Omega's Dilemma   The Regret That Remains

Chapter 86: The Regret That RemainsIRIS As the adage goes; no one knows tomorrow. Who knows the fearful cold would be at my mercy one day? Begging me to let him live? I thought he was strong? I thought he was ruthless and undefeatable? Why can't he defeat me now? “Come on Cole, why can't you run your mouth? Why can't you torture me like you and your father usually do? Why are you giving up without a fight?” I screamed at him in a mocking tone, letting out an evil smirk as I summoned winds in a circle. I wanted to suffocate him with the wind, until he couldn't breathe. Just as I had pictured it in my head, the wind surrounded him in a circle, finding its way to his neck as he gasped for air. His legs are struggling. “IRIS!” A familiar voice, the one that could make my heart flutter, echoed in my ears, trying to distract my thoughts. “Please, don't kill him.” Opening my eyes, I saw Charles, my mate. Standing by the door, fear and panic flooded his eyes. It's easy for him to say

  • Bound by Fate: The Slave Omega's Dilemma   Vengeance

Chapter 85: Vengeance IRIS I don't know what's happening but I definitely know that didn't come from me. I'm sure my spell didn't work. Or it's because I'm not really a witch like she said. Hence the reason why my first attempt didn't work. Judging by how Luna Carlin was smiling at me, it seems she's the one that did that. She's using her power to distract him and the other two bodyguard who were blocking the door. The three of them were screaming, their hands on their ears, as if something was biting them. “This is my way of telling you how much I loved you, and I'm desperately sorry for all the pain I cursed you. I hope you live a good life my dear, stay strong as always.” Why's her words sounding like someone's who's about to kick the bucket? Why's she sounding like someone who's about to go on a journey of no return? Even though I hated her and had wished her bad, but it would have been nice if we come out of here alive. It would have been nice to ask her about my mother, wha

  • Bound by Fate: The Slave Omega's Dilemma   You're more than you think

Chapter 84: You're more than you think Charles A wave of dread washed over me as I stared at the clock. The night was settling in and yet, my mate and beta hadn't made their way back to the pack. I knew how dangerous it would be for her to go on her own, which was the reason why I told Alex to follow her without letting her know in case something bad would happen. I'm sure she didn't hear the rumours of what happened between this pack and the Crescent moon pack during the time she went missing. The Crescent moon pack plotted against us by laying false accusations on us. They said we stole something that belongs to them. It was a sacred Moonfire Stone. It was a source of power and protection to their pack that made us wage war against each other. Eventually, we won the fight and at the end, Carson was killed. Of course I killed him. Normally, he has been on my mind for years now. I've been planning to kill him ever since I found out what they did to Iris, my mate. I heard after

Chapter 83: Enemies Make the Best AlliesAnder “You've got a deathly wish coming into our land uninvited.” she said, her voice portraying coldness and flatness. . “I don't mean no harm,” I said, “ I'm looking for a melody.” I don't think she's the melody I know. They kinda look alike but I don't think she's the one. They all look shocked and tense for a while but give me a dangerous, questionable gaze. “And who the hell are you to be looking for her?” she asks with curiosity and suspense. It seems she's the leader. I have been hearing she was the leader of a rogue group but I never thought it was true. So she was indeed their leader? I'm sure Charles isn't aware of that. If he was aware, he wouldn't have made the mistake of sleeping with her. When I saw that they might kick me and hold me up with their legs, I decided to answer their questions instead of keeping them waiting. People like them hardly have patience. “Someone with nothing to lose.” I uttered, my voice firm and st
