Declan’s POV

I stormed out of the pack, anger burning inside me like a wildfire. My men, who were already engaged in battle with the rogues, seeing their leader emerge, rallied behind me. Their eyes burned with fury.

I could feel the weight of responsibility heavy on my shoulders. The rogues had dared to encroach upon our territory time and time again, threatening the safety of our pack. I couldn’t let that stand, so I led my men into battle.

We didn’t have time for caution or strategy; we needed to crush our enemies, to show them the consequences of crossing us. We clashed with them, the air thickening with the scent of werewolf blood and sweat.

I swung my deadly claws with precision, each strike fueled by rage. But no matter how hard we fought, the rogues kept coming at us, but they fell like puppets with their strings cut.

“We need one alive!” I bellowed to my men, but it was futile. Each rogue had done something to themselves it seemed, which instantly made them die off
