Maryam's POV
"What do you think you're doing?". He scold me right the moment the door was closed.
I shoved his hand away from mine. I didn't bother to answer him Instead, I just walked passed him. The least he could do is to assault me.
Kareem followed me and grabbed my arm. "Do you know what time it says?" He asked sounding annoyed.
I glanced at my wrist watch "it just 8:03pm" I replied back.
"Yes! it's freaking 8:03pm and you're coming home late by this time? So, this has been what you've been up to, while I was away?"
What was the matter with him?
"I'm sleepy, can you release me now?" I told him in a calmest voice.
